Chris and crew are very professional and did a great job. They were prompt and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. Chris reviewed progress at the end of each day. The price was as estimated and a detailed invoice with photo's was provided.

Came on time, gave estimate and did work with 4 days. Professional, quick and efficient with electronic estimates and receipt.

I thought it was my roof. But the flashing around my chimney and joints needed to be addressed. Also I had some shingles missing from last winter storms. He was prompt and courteous and he came with a ladder.

Very responsive - gave a reasonable estimate and showed up when he said he would to do the job.

I actually started with replacing the gutters. But if I replace the roof with asphalt I will hire Chris again.

Chris was very knowledgeable re my need to solve a roof leak caused by another contractors ineptness from their earlier repair efforts which caused the water entry from storm winds along our proximity to the ocean. New flashing and wind water rubber was re applied properly. Would definitely hire again and may hire his crew to do some additional carpentry work,

Chris and his crew repaired damage to my home caused by a falling tree during a wind storm. Fencing and roof repair were completed nicely and the yard was left cleaner than when they arrived. I would not hesitate to call CSM again.
