Description of Work: I had trouble getting call backs. It appeared to be one hand didn't know what the other was doing. They were super competent at diagnoses of how much water damage we had, and they provided equipment to thoroughly dry us out. I thought the price was high, and the insurance adjuster did too. They were nice enough to knock $200 off the $2,500 since my wife and I moved all of the furniture out of the room for them.

Description of Work: I made an appointment for them to do an air quality test. They told me it was free so I was immediately suspicious. They came with no equipment and did absolutely nothing. He just looked around my basement and said it was wet and there was "probably mold". It was a waste of my time off from work. They did not give me correct information over the phone about what the service was that they were providing.

Description of Work: They basically, removed the rug, drilled holes where normally a base board would be on the one wall that could have potential wicking of water. They left an industrial sized dehumidifier which ran day and night for 3 days before taking it away and sent the bill straight to the insurance company.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets- left Water around the carpet on the wood on the stairs- they don't move furniture- which I knew in advance -but is a problem as I am not able to move the furniture myself so the cleaning was done around the furniture not a thorough job underneath/

Description of Work: He cleaned a mid century modern chair that was very old and delicate (and valuable). The chair was very, very dirty and stained. He got out the worst of it, which is all that could be expected. He came with a big truck that had state of the art equipment on it. Very personable and professional. I recommend him.

Description of Work: Bought a house with a lot of carpet! Planning on ripping it all out once we start the renovation, but until then - needed it cleaned and ready for our move-in.. They did a great job, a little pricey but they came in a timely manner, were extremely professional and did the job we asked.

 + 1 moreClean Joe gave me unbelievable service, after my house was flooded from a broken pipe, I didn't even know the first thing to do with recovering what I lost which was basically my whole one floor home. Clean Joe was very helpful in giving me the steps to go through with the insurance and even spoke one on one with the insurance agent for me. Clean Joe came right in and immediately started work on recovering my home. They first started by taking pictures and explaining what they were going to do. They packed out all my personal belongings that could be saved and made sure I was reimbursed for my belongings that were ruined by flood.Then they started the drying process and the making sure I was aware of the construction that would be going on to make sure no further problems arose, like mold etc. The whole process was simpler than what I thought . I never felt more at ease! I would recommend CLEAN JOE to any one!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Provided emergency services for my condo that was flooded. The services provided went from cleaning my upholstery of my chairs to cleaning my very expensive leather couches. They also cleaned all carpets including my oriental rugs that were passed down to me. They made sure that all hard wood floors were cleaned and dried out in order to prevent future damage from happening like mold.

 + -1 moreThey did a very good job cleaning, and moved some of the furniture, though not all. They were a little sloppy with the application of the scotch guard and got some on the legs of the dining room table.
