Description of Work: Tony himself did the work. Our TV stopped working, he came out to evaluate. We paid $80 for visit, but that went towards the total bill. The part that needed to be replaced was $480 for new. Since the TV is over 10 yes old, Tony searched for a cheaper one. He found a rebuilt one for $220! We had to send ours in for a trade for the rebuilt. Tony came out again to get it & shipped at no additional cost to us! He is very fair & a really nice guy to boot. We will MOST CERTAINLY USE HIM AGAIN!!!!

Description of Work: Tony was easy to schedule within less than a week. He arrived exactly on time, was a lovely man, focused, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and took care of it quickly. It is a 20 year old television and he needed to resolder multiple poor connections. |It was a pleasure to have him - from start to finish. He took $30 off the $50 house call.

Description of Work: My plasma tv was it turning on. I called Tony, and he came out that afternoon . He diagnosed the problem, told me it would cost $200 to fix. I agreed and he fixed the problem. Go gave me a 90 days warranty. Two days later the same problem. I called Tony, he came back that afternoon. After checking the tv again, he advise me it would cost to much to fix to be worth it. He refunded me the cost of the repair and recommends new tv's I might be interested in buying. I was very happy with his professionalism and work.

Description of Work: We had a 50inch monitor that died and didn't know if it could be repaired. Tony came to house and worked for over an hour and came to conclusion probably better to purchase a new tv.
