Tony was incredible. We called him when our 5 year old Samsung TV stopped working and he came out the same day! (FYI- The other highly rated company we found on here was going to take a week, and charge us just for looking at it!) Based on the information we gave Tony he showed up prepared with the parts and everything, ready to fix the problem. He worked for about an hour repairing the capacitors and making sure everything was working fine before he left. He was punctual, professional and thorough- we would highly recommend!

I messages Tony through this Website on a Friday morning with a description of my problem, and he responded by phone within an hour. He told me thought he knew what the problem likely was and quoted me a price that would make the repair worthwhile (as opposed to purchasing a new TV). We set up an appointment for the next morning (Saturday) around 11. He arrived a few minutes early, opened up the TV, diagnosed the issue, completed the repair (re-soldering loose connections on the circuit board), and helped me rehang the TV. The price was a quoted, and the entire job took approximately 1.5 hrs. Tony was professional, personable, and meticulous. I would certainly hire him again, and will recommend him to friends. When my 3+ year old TV initially started malfunctioning, I assumed I would just need to purchase a new one. I'm pleased that, thanks to Tony, that was not necessary.

The appointment was made for just one or two days after my call. Arrival was scheduled fora range of an hour or two, and occurred in the specified interval. The gentleman spent roughly one hour trouble-shooting the TV. With my help, he removed the back of the TV and re-positioned it. he ran a variety of tests (which, to my surprised, were programmed into the TV). He seemed very deliberate and thorough. Unfortunately his conclusion was that the screen itself is defective, rather than one of the electronic components that generates the image, and the cost of replacing the screen would be as much as the TV was when new! So no further work was authorized. I was amazed that the hour of trouble-shooting (plus travel) cost only $50.

Tony was excellent. Comcast had recommended I call Geek Squad, but I didn't want to get involved with them. Plus I like supporting small business owners. Tony is highly conscientious, very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He fished an HDMI cable through the wall, connected the surround sound, and reprogrammed the remotes so they actually work the way they're supposed to. He also made sure everything was working well before he left. I highly recommend!

Tony was very professional and focused on identifying and repairing the problem. He also patiently explained what had gone wrong. I had read reviews that commended his skill in repairing older televisions. He certainly demonstrated this on this service call. I highly recommend him!

Our TV was blinking and Tony replaced one transformer, which seemed to fix the problem. However, a a few hours later, the picture went black. Tony came back and replaced another transformer at no additional cost. Tony was very professional, punctual, honest and very easy to talk to. I would use him again in the future and highly recommend him.
