Attack A Crack

After attack a crack repaired my leak we received an inch and a half of rain the following day and no water in my basement. Justin was very professional and a pleasure to have do my work.

They explained how it is just part of the house settling and they explained what I would have seen if I had a crumbling basement problem. They attached a card to their repair and explained that the repair work is good for the life of the home. They said it shouldn't leak but if it ever does, they will fix it again for free. I liked that guarantee. I will definitely be calling them again to fix my next basement crack.

Based on emailed photos of the hatchway, he provided a quote proposal over the phone to remove the seal around the outside of the hatchway and replace it with a 100% commercial grade rubber. Justin, a most courteous professional, arrived right on schedule and did phenomenal, clean work. We've had no water seeping in since, plus the work is guaranteed for life.

I sent him a text message with pictures of the cracks taken with my iphone. He called me right back for another picture and a half hour later sent me a written estimate and we scheduled the repair in the next few days. Luc has a knowledge level that inspires confidence right from the start. I called another provider from Angies List and talked to a very nice lady, but the tech would have to come to the house then send me an estimate and the whole process would have taken weeks. From 'coupons' on their website I could see that the cost would be similar to Attack a Crack. With Attack a Crack the whole process took only a few days because there was a weekend. The techs arrived on time. Neatly made room to work in a very messy basement. Made no mess themselves-dustless process. Our responsibility, which was clear from our first conversations with Luc, is to have the sheetrock repaired.
