Description of Work: They replaced a faulty igniter on my gas oven. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: Scott has serviced my Bosch washing machine twice. He's very easy to work with, responsive, prompt, prepared and gets the job done quickly.

Description of Work: Appliance Works came and fixed our washing machine which needed the pump replaced. They were quick and responsive. I can't comment on the price b/c we get other quotes, but it seemed reasonable given what they had to do. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They checked the light unit under my microwave. The bulbs were new but they didn't work. They told me it was the button part of the unit itself that the power was gone and it would not be worth fixing. I agreed and thanked them for there honesty. I was extremely thankful for the price he charged me.

Description of Work: They changed out part of my dishwasher that wasnt working. They also fixed my leaky freezer, no charge.

Description of Work: Thawed out my freezer which wouldn't defrost and got it to work. Then Scott reprogrammed the control board so the refrigerator compartment would cool appropriately. It has been working fine since then and am keeping my fingers crossed that it will hold up a while longer before I need to replace the board. I was very pleased with the communication I had with Scott prior to the service call and would absolutely call him again if/when I need future help.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed. I called and I was told that someone will call me back in 30 minutes. Two hours later I had not received a call back so I called back to confirm that they had my number. They did and I was told again that I will be receiving a call shortly. |At the end of the day I had not received a call so I called Crane Appliance. They were at my door at 8AM the next day. Appliance works finally called me back at the end of the next day. I told them I was all set. I DO NOT recommend them.

Description of Work: Dishwasher was not working due to a broken handle. Scott ordered the right handle, calling back to confirm the correct part to order. He also called to let me know when the part was in. He and his helper (Michael) came at the first opportunity, considering snow and my schedules. The repair was done quickly, but with much attention to making sure the new handle was installed and working properly. They were professional and neat. I would hire them again for any appliance repair.

Description of Work: Phenomenal response time and prompt diagnosis of my dishwasher -- filter clogged. Easy repair, a bit of an expensive "show rate" of $90 just for arriving. Oh well. They were super friendly and worked quickly. The only thing that was a little strange was they didn't bring any supplies with them -- needed paper towels and toothbrush from me to do the job. ? Still, would highly recommend them and would use them again.
