Description of Work: Inspected for any infestation of insects and provided treatment if necessary. It went very well.

Description of Work: We've been using Terminix for at least 10 years. They come every month and treat the inside of our house and shed for pests (mice, bugs etc.) They are professional. Their representative is punctual and courteous. Never had any problem.

Description of Work: I would not recommend Terminix because of their new way of scheduling. |Their service Rep is not the problem. |He is professional and thorough. |The company should not dictate to their customers when the service rep will arrive.

Description of Work: The serviceman that came to my house to inspect the bait stations did not inspect all of the stations like he is supposed to. The stations he did inspect were not inspected correctly. He would lift the cap, scan it, then replace the cap. He never looked at the bait. I complained in 2008 but the office said he had to scan all of the stations on each visit so he had to be doing things correctly. Jump forward to 2011. After the workman had finished an inspection visit I saw an open station or I opened one, can't remember, to find the bait was very expired. I called, A supervisor came out to the house and opened a couple of stations he was very quiet, I was standing next to him during his checks. I asked him if they were expired he said yes. I told him I wanted compensation for the 3 years. He said that wasn't possible. I also told him I did not want that workman on my property ever again. The next two visits were made by other workmen. The next visit after that, here comes the guy I said I didn't want back. I went back into the house and tried to call the office. I left a message. The workman again did his speedy job and left. A few days later, I'm working in my cellar and I hear water moving through the pipes. I followed the sound, it was an outside faucet. The faucet is on the side of the house that we rarely use. This is probably why we didn't realize the faucet was on. The only person who had been on that side of the house was the workman from Terminix. I am sure he turned the faucet on. It would be hard for me to prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt. I believe he might have possibly done it because he was reprimanded for his poor job performance and I was the one who caught him. The running faucet cost me an extra $100 on my water bill. Each year I have renewed my service because I believe there may be some issues in my house with termites. I want to make sure Terminix is held accountable. A new company would call it existing damage and not cover it. At each renewal I ask for the branch manager. They take a message and then nothing. I know I should be calling them back again and again. I have health problems that make simple things hard for me to do. This summer I received a courtesy call from the company headquarters asking me how my service has been. I unloaded, politely, the whole story. She made note of the situation and said she would have someone contact the branch manager and have him call me. Going on three months now. Would I recommend the company, Yes and no. The products they use are of very good quality. I would say no if you are not able to keep an eye on the workmen as they do their job. I can't say the guy who came to my house represents all of the workmen but there does seem to be a lack of supervision of the quality of the services preformed.

Description of Work: We had an infestation of flies in the kitchen. Terminix is our regular provider. They came the same day, and fixed the problem.
