BEWARE!!!!! We had our driveway sealed in June. The. Job was terrible, spotted and lightly sealed in quite a few areas. We have been chasing Justin/Essex Sealcoating for months now. He has given us 4 dates to come back, all of which he is a no show. Finally emailed requesting our money back. Still no response- we will be pursuing this further.

Justin was extremely responsive and arrived when he said he would. He came out the night we found him on Angi's list and did the job per our request, the very next day. Great job and very nice to work with.

He is not a good company to do business with.

Justin was very rude to me on the phone. My Fathers driveway came out horrible. He did not fill in any of the cracks and created a huge hole at the bottom of my Fathers driveway. When I sent him pictures of the poor job he did he said he would come back out to fix it and never did and he has yet to return my call. He walked away with $1,000 and did a horrific job.

He came out and sealed my driveway it looked terrible I called him back he came within a reasonable about of time and re-sealed my driveway. It still looks absolutely terrible. I will be hiring another company to hopefully fix this work so my money was 100% wasted.

Justin returned my call. Was finishing another job and said he could come by to assess my needs and provide a quote. He explained what would be done after answering all my questions. I hired him to do the job. He was able to complete the work before going to another job. Pleased to finish this job so promptly.

Sprayed seal coat unevenly. Areas left uncoated, others were oversprayed. Sent him an email requesting he fix the issues. He never responded! He contacted me today told me he would be over this Saturday to fix issues. Claimed he did not receive my email. Will further adjust the review upon completion.

They did a great job on my driveway and it was very quickly done.

Initially Justin was great when he came to price the job, very personable. Seemed less so when he came back to do the work. Didnt take any time at all to get the work done. He asked if I could give a review right away before I forgot, I asked for the bill he said he would send it later. I paid, he left. I called him that afternoon to remind him to give me the bill and with concerns about lines all over the driveway. He said its typical they would go away/ blend in. I called back a few days later to remind him to send the bill, he said he sent it, and also with concerns about the lines still very prominent. He said he would come Sunday. He never called or showed up. This was the second time he said he would come by and didnâ t with no phone call. I really dont like to speak badly about a business, just trying to be honest here so the next customer can be on top of things. I really need to submit pictures, not sure if there is a way to put them in here.

I called Justin on a Friday and he came out that day gave me Quote that and did the job on the next Wednesday, very pleased with the work and will recommend to my friends and neighbors Bob

Justin immediately called me after I posted to Angi List for Seal Coating my driveway. This was on Sunday and my driveway was done today (Thursday). He was very courteous and his communication with me was excellent!

Justine came to look at my drive way on Thursday night and said he could do it on Friday. No waiting . He was fast, and did an excellent job. Friday night we had an unexpected down pour which caused a few small spots not to dry due to puddling, and washed away. Justine returned on Sunday and redid the entire driveway. He always kept me informed of his arrival . It was done before other companys could come to me to give me their estimate. One came when I wasnt home and gave me an estimate I had to mail back to him with no contact. Justine-----Great job, great guy .
