Excellent experience all around, from scheduling to completion. they were on time, gave me their card and introductions: made quick survey which resulted in a satisfactory estimate, and then they set immediately to work.

Excellent customer service, Debbie emailed as soon as we spoke to confirm the appointment. Mario and Eugene arrived on time and efficiently cleaned and repaired my dryer vent. Best of all was the reasonable price, and then a discount for locking into yearly maintenance going forward. They did not try to sell me stuff I didn't need (other dryer vent cleaning services did, and wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone). Very happy with the service, will for sure be recommending these guys to my friends!

I added on the disinfecting of vents. I don't know if I'd do that again.
