NEQAS was the only company that I spoke with, the original 2 so called pro companies that were matched never even contacted me, NEQAS requested that I allow them to contact me, within 45 minutes we had the appointment set and two business days later the job was completed perfectly. Fantastic work, great team of people very professional. Value for dollars spent was incredibly valuable. Cannot say enough good things, highly recommended, will have them back next year for maintenance treatment.

Mario and his team were awesome! Personable and efficient. Finished 10 vents and the dryer vent in about 1.5 hrs. They even went out of their way and helped me lift a package that was delivered at the time. I had to knock off half a star because they were 1 hour late. Arrival window was 9-11am, which was rather wide, and they did not arrive until noon. I had to call to follow up twice, and didn't get a call from Mario until 11:15 or so. Granted it was their first day back after the holidays. Once they arrived everything went very smoothly. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent at all levels. Debbie called me to book the appointment and she was very flexible and accommodating with my schedule. Mario showed up for the work and was a true gentleman. We went over the details and he started his work and finished within the time window. Did an excellent job and cleaned up after the work, didn’t leave a trace that he was there. The work was non-intrusive and did a great job. Thorough professional. I highly recommend of these guys. Will be hiring them again.

The work included reattaching the dryer vent to the roof outlet in the attic. A two-man team completed the work in less than half an hour.
