The person that did the work was very good ! They finished the job in a reasonal amount of time. I would recomend this company completely !

he spent more time on the phone getfing into and asking question to the office but they were still charging me, when they did start the work it was only for 15 minutes and told me if i wanted the chimmeny swept it will be over the 45 minutes time line and i would be charge. again he was on the phone with the company for 15 minutes back and forth.

the advertised price of $89 is deliberately misleading and designed to get them in the door for a real quote. it does not include the entire system despite clearly stating "10 vents and branches, 1 return and 1 main." It's a lie. The owner's justification is "no company can do the entire system for that, they'd go out of business." maybe so, but it should be stated more clearly. the end price was still competitive and the work was fine, but I was straight up lied to until they were standing in the house.
