Mario and Eugene were wonderful. I hired them to clean duct work and dryer vents in a large 36 unit condo building. They worked very hard for several days to finish the job. Many people came to me afterwards to praise their work and efficiency. I will most definitely be bringing them back in a few years! I highly recommend them!

Overall great experience. NEQAS contacted me promptly after I put in my request on HomeAdvisor. They explained the process clearly and we booked an appointment. Mario called the morning of the appointment to confirm the exact time. He and Eugene showed up right on time and got right to work. I showed them around the house so they could get all the details on our system. They explained everything that needed to be done and gave me an estimate along with potential changes in price that could occur. In the end, the job came up $20 cheaper than the estimate. They also showed me a few pictures to give me an idea of what was actually done. The price came out exactly where I was hoping. We are glad to have the vents finally cleaned. We've only been in our house for about a year but the house is 22 years old and it's the first time the vents were cleaned. I'm looking forward to seeing the difference in air quality and in the efficiency of our heating system. I highly recommend NEQAS.

NEQA came and cleaned our dyer vent. They were professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend and hire again.

I had originally hired them to clean out the water heater vent and they were very professional about showing me the problems with the vent which was not cured by their services because of faulty installation by the plumbers. I did get them to clean out the chimney and they did it in very quick time and also gave us a 20 dollar rebate on the next annual cleaning which we will take them up on it. They were very nice and the receptionist was also top notch too. I will use them again and wont blink an eye . Kudos to the staff of this company.

The service specialist called ahead, as promised, and arrived when he said that he would. He was professional and undertook the work. It was a real pleasure--and rare--to deal with an organization who called to schedule the appointment, arrived when they said they would, and provide service as hoped for!

I had a situation that needed attention immdalely. They were the only company that responded quickly and was able to do do the job right away. They were also polite and informative. I can't speak highly enough of their performance.
