The only complaint I have is they showed up early and I was in a meeting. They did a great job.

The team arrived right on time & quickly determined what needed to be done. They checked 2 other fireplaces & said they didn't require cleaning (very honest & not scouting for extra business). They completed the job very effectively & showed before & after photos, so again very honest & fair, and ZERO mess. Have already locked them in for another sweep in 12 months time. Would recommend them VERY highly & great value given the fixed price advised up front. Also very nice guys to deal with.

They were awesome in all areas. They had a great technician that came to my home. They were every professional and very thorough and wanted to make sure that I understand what they were doing. They showed me a picture of my dryer vent before and after the cleaning.
