Description of Work: Everything that was discussed when placing the order was completely different from when they started to take the money out of my account. I was deceived on basically everything that was discussed. I used them 4 years ago and didn't have a bad experience but this time the price was double for the exact same services. They were late on delivering to my destination they took out more money than they were supposed to for monthly storage and I was also told I had 24/7 access which is incorrect. Every supervisor said I spoke with was absolutely rude and unhelpful. I loaded it myself and all they had to do was pick up and deliver $3000 later. I Do not recommend them take the time to rent a U-Haul and do it yourself.

Description of Work: They delivered the Pod as promised. I used it for storage. They picked it up as scheduled. The cost was reasonable but I don't remember how much it was.
