Description of Work: I got a written proposal to install bathroom exhaust fans in two bathrooms on November 23, 2011. I said I would like it done as soon as possible and John Kamataris promised it could definitely be done within the next week or two. At that point I gave him $325 as a deposit on the work to be done. I received a call on December 5th saying the fan was backordered and would probably be in by the end of the week. I called on Monday, December 12th, and left a message asking when he was going to do my job. I got no call back. I called again on Friday, December 16th and he answered the phone. He told me he was on his way to pick up the fan and said it "would probably be able to do the work "Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday." I did not receive another call back on Friday, nor the following week. I called again on Tuesday, December 27th and got no call back. I called again today, December 30 and asked for my money back and a call back. Joan Callahan

Description of Work: SPECIALIZES IN BATHROOMS AND WINDOWS. JOHN TOOK A 1940S BATHROOM, GUTTED IT, RELOCATED PLUMBING, INSTALLED NEW FIXTURES, LIGHTS, TILE, FLOORING, WINDOW. NOW AN APPROPRIATE VICTORIAN STYLE BATH IN KEEPING WITH THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE HOUSE, BUT WITH ALL THE MODERN AMENITIES OF TODAY.
