There were three guys that came for moving. Most of the time only 2 guys were working and at the new house they left quite a bit of stuff in the garage. Towards the end, one of the guys was working with me closing out the payment while other two were moving the last few things. I finished paying (without any tip as I was not happy with the whole thing), they just left everything right outside and took off.

Excellent, the gentlemen that arrived were professional, careful, asked all the right questions, quick to roll with any surprises or last minute additions, obviously not the first time for these pros!

The guys were good and it did not take them long at all. It took them about 2 hours to load the truck in Ocala and then to drive to Jacksonville and then they unloaded the truck . The 3 guys worked really well together. I had them put my 1 bed together and then put all my boxes in the other room. Then they put my living room furniture,dining room set , and the patio set on the porch . I had them sit some items to the side for my son to pick up like lawn equipment,rakes,and so forth ,since I would not need them living in a condo. Yeah !!! It took them about maybe at the most 5 hours to unload and they collect the money abd they were out of here. Great guys and they worked there butts off. The company I know was not paying them what they were worth. They collected $900.00 from me and I had already paid the company $109.00 . So, I really believe that they over charged me but that is life in the fast line. Bonnie Christine Rodgers

Both times the crews (2 guys, but different crews each time) did a stellar job! All my friends know how anal I can be, so they all said to hire movers as the are not being held responsible. Money well spent and actually very reasonable prices! On time, very polite, professional, quick with no "funny" breaks, easy to communicate with. They wrapped each piece fully to protect it even on the bottom which I loved. They were very careful with everything and I was impressed by how they made sure to not scratch or damage the wall. My queen-size Ikea bed is a pain to assemble, so both time they guys were able to move it whole through some pretty narrow spaces without an issue. Overall just fantastic! Extremely accommodating. And I must say that booking and quoting was so easy talking to Dan on the phone, they are very responsive. I truly highly recommend the company!

Movers arrived on time, surveyed the items to be moved, and the lead driver told me the move would take approx. 3 hours. Work was done professionally, courteously and to the highest standards one could expect.

We moved on one of the worse weather days of the year in the Cambridge/Boston area. Highlighted by our plans getting moved and postponed because of of 20 inches of snow and blizzard like conditions. However thru the snow, overnight storage, cancelled/postponed flights and New York apartment receiving issues... DN Van Lines Inc. worked with us, rescheduled for us, assured us, packed us, moved us and delivered us with the utmost of care, consideration, dependability and professionalism. It went excellent. Every piece of furniture was wrapped except for the mattress and box spring and head and foot boards. The move took less time than anticipated so the final cost was less than the estimate.

They did great work. After they left, I noticed one of the bedrooms felt unsteady. The gentlemen returned that evening and fixed the problem. Great. It was a long, long day. The two trucks we ordered barely fit our stuff but the guys made it happen. Each was literally stuffed front to back, left to right, top to bottom with our stuff. They did an amazing job packing/moving everything, can't say enough about their professionalism/skill/experience.

The crew, ":Lew" and 2 other men, arrived promptly, they were very nice and very professional. Kept on loading and unloading, no slacking off! Really a terrific crew. I had gotten a couple o estimates prior to selecting D N Van Lines. I decided to go with D N even tho they were slightly $10-20 higher than the others, because when i called D N "Liz" answered and she was very helpful, courteous and i felt i could trust her and the company. I have had some horrible experiences in the past with movers, and since this was a inter city move, a few hours would not cost too much more. I am SO GLAD i did go with D N VAN Lines, Marlboro MA, highly recommend them and if and when i have to move again, they will be my "go to" moving company. 5 stars in my book!

One of the movers used my bathroom to do a #2. At the end of the move, I thought some time was going to be deducted but that wasnt the case. I was actually over charged. Since they charge by the hour, I was told that the clock stops as soon as the movers drop the last piece of furniture. Upon dropping the last piece of furniture, I walked down with them to their truck thinking i was going to pay them but they took their time to prep the truck to leave. After the truck was ready to leave, I was handed over a bill. Not acceptable. I will never use this company again and will never refer it to anyone that I know

The men were right on time. They listened to what was needed, made suggestions, answered questions and got right to work. Everything was done quickly but correctly. If they took a break I didn't see it. They realized they were spending my money and wasted no time. This was the smoothest and least stressful move I have done I think. The quote was very competitive but even so I received a refund of $200 after the move. I csn't say enough good things about this mover. They really want to be liked and try hard to make it so.
