They were extremely prompt and worked efficiently. They were not here that long and made good use of their time. They cleaned everything up and everything works fine that they have fixed.

This is the third time I've used Land G. The first was for some odds and ends in an investment house and I was impressed enough that we used them to add a zone of heat to an addition in our home. This third project was another investment house. They did everything they were supposed to when they said they would do it. They were professional and everything came out just right. Their pricing was fair for what they did.

Very quick repair, replaced faulty part. A previous plumber told us the wall would have to be opened up and the whole shower mechanism replaced. Imagine my surprise when the repair was done in a few minutes at a MUCH lower cost.

I had been trying to fix the clogged drain myself for about two days, but to no avail. I decided it was time to call a plumber. I checked Angie's List for recommendations. I am glad I did. Tom and Bill did great! I called that morning and talked to an answering service. I got a call back within half an hour. I was quoted the cost on the phone and he said they could be out at about 1:30 or so. He was running late, so he called. He showed up about a half hour later. Tom and Bill were both friendly and wiped their feet before coming into the house. They work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the work. The toilet they selected is of good quality and works great! I had some other questions about plumbing--Bill patiently answered them all. I am very happy with the work. I would use them again.

Great. Plumbers were on time and completed the job without delay. They were also helpful in answering questions that I had regarding my septic system. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I can tell you this place is family owned and operated. Local places like that are great to use and I try to support them. They come on time and they do not overcharge you. They know who you are as a customer, and you're just dealing with a smaller organization in general that cares a little more about the work they do for you. I really have a high opinion about this particular place. They really did a fantastic job for me!

The Jado shower fixture in our new house has been giving us problems ever since we moved in 3 months ago (even though the fixture is less then 1 year old!). First we had a problem with the water temperature not being consistent and then an incident where we couldn't turn off the water in the shower -- the faucet had "stripped". A previous plumber we called came out and installed a new valve but that failed too. The second time, I called L and G and they came out right away, they diagnosed the problem, and laid out some options with pros and cons. We elected to have them replace the valve one more time (rather than install a whole new faucet). They did the work on time, they were careful, they spent lots of time testing to make sure that everything was working (which they previous plumbers didn't do) and then they cleaned up after themselves!! I feel lucky to have found them and would use them again without hesitation.

Prompt and courteous service. Two plumbers were busy for about 3 hours. We had previously used L and G a few years ago (when they checked our furnace free of charge and gave good advice). We were inspired by Angie's List to call them again and were very glad that we did!

Is it possible to love your plumber? It is if you are Land G clients. Tom and Bill are GREAT plumbers, their service is great, they are prompt, easygoing and perfectionists. We have been using them for 4 years now and they NEVER disappoint us. We would never use anyone else.
