Description of Work: They installed a hot water heater. They made a special effort to install the water heater on the day of New Year's eve because, if I'd had to wait, my tenants might have been without hot water for 4 days. Instead, they were without it for a few hours. Great Service!

Description of Work: emergency repair of gas heating system-thermocouple replacement on a very cold february night. Arrived home from work to very cold house. Tech provided guidance by phone to confirm that it was not simply a pilot problem and then came promptly to house and replaced thermocouple. Full satisfaction.
