 + -1 moreSOMEONE ANSWERED MY CALL AND SCHEDULED AND APPOINTMENT FOR THAT DAY. THE PERSON CAME IN THE WINDOW OF TIME WE HAD AGREED UPON. THE PERSON WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND DIDN'T TRY AND LOOK FOR PROBLEMS THAT WEREN'T THERE. HE TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEM IN THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY, AND ONE WHICH COST ME THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MONEY. I PAID THE GOING RATE FOR A VISIT IN MY AREA; NOT CHEAP, BUT REASONABLE FOR WHAT I HAD DONE.
Description of Work: CHECKED OUT A LEAKY FAUCET IN THE TUB. APPLIED SILICONE SEALANT TO FAUCET FITTING AND AROUND THE TILES AND CAULKING.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE THE CHEAPEST OF THE THREE COMPANIES THAT WE CALLED FOR WEEKEND SERVICE. ALL THE COMPANIES CHARGED TWICE THE NORMAL RATE FOR WEEKEND SERVICE AND, EXCEPT FOR THIS COMPANY, CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $190 JUST TO SHOW UP. THE PLUMBER, STEVE, CAME WITHIN THE HOUR. HE WAS PLEASANT, COURTEOUS AND IMMEDIATELY FIXED THE PROBLEM. HE THEN HELPED US WITH OUR NEW REFRIGERATOR, AND EVEN CALLED ON HIS CELL PHONE AFTER HE LEFT TO REMIND ME TO CHECK A PARTICULAR FITTING ON THE REFRIGERATOR FOR LEAKAGE. REALLY GOOD SERVICE. STEVE WAS VERY POLITE AND EVEN THANKED ME FOR CALLING HIM, BECAUSE HE SAID THAT HE WAS WORKING ON INSULATION AT HOME AND WAS STARTING TO ITCH.
Description of Work: WE CALLED THEM FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE ON A WEEKEND TO DISCONNECT THE WATER LINE FROM OUR REFRIGERATOR, WHICH SOME MOVERS HAD COME TO REMOVE.
