Description of Work: I called Baker-Elman because I had a bathtub drain that was blocked. The plumber who came out to do the job was great, but he quickly determined that we needed a drain service to do the job. But since he tried to fix it, I still had to pay him. The dispatcher should have asked me more questions to determine if they could really fix our problem before sending someone out.

Description of Work: Eliminated leakage in Indoor and outdoor faucet. Technician did best he could to solve both issues in a practical and economic way. Unfortunately the indoor faucet was over 10 years old and replacement parts were difficult to find, resulting in scheduling of a 2nd visit today to fix, which we did by replacing the faucet set completely for taps, stops and drain. Now we are very satisfied with the result. This company are very competent and easy to deal with. The office staff answer phone and schedule the work swiftly. Pricing is never cheap fpr plumbing but their bill was very reasonable for the first visit. I do not have the bill for today's work yet, but expect it to be very reasonable also.

Description of Work: They searched for a leak in my bathroom and took apart several areas. They did not find the leak and felt it was due to water leaking beyond the shower curtain. They were honest and thorough and did not look for unwarranted work.

Description of Work: We had a toilet that rocked--in not the good sense. The plumber from Baker Ellman arrived and just really knew what he was doing. He replaced the seal, and did a few other things. We are pretty confident that the seal will hold for a while. The toilet is now pretty rock solid.
