Description of Work: Our water heater died on a Saturday. I called another company and they scheduled to come out on Monday. When the plumber arrived, he was completely unprepared. He said they did not have the correct heater (although I had asked repeatedly when scheduling if they had all the information they needed and was assured they did and it would be an easy replacement). He said he could come back in the next two days, but at an exponentially increased price for both parts and labor. |As soon as he left I found and called Baker Elman. Not only could they come out the next day, the plumbers arrived on time and replaced the heater with no issue whatsoever. The price they quoted was exactly what they charged; this could not have gone smoother. I will definitely call Baker Elman (first) in the future.
