Excellent work as always. I very much appreciate their flexibility, customer responsiveness and quality of work. They are my go-to electrician.

Hillcrest has done a great job on a large and challenging project. They promptly and cheerfully addressed a few midstream scheduling/communications issues with the GC and homeowner, and all has gone very smoothly. Hillcrest gives helpful advice and handles changes well, and the quality of their work is excellent.

Electricians discovered source of office connection and reconnected. They were friendly, efficient and very effective. I have not received an invoice yet to and do not know price.

These guys are incredible. We have used them a bunch. The are friendly, do a great job, their prices are reasonable, but most of all they are honest. We have a had a few issues that we thought required bigger jobs and they came out and found easier solutions. Wouldn't use anybody else after our great experience with them.

Excellent! They told me about my system, possible upgrades, and how to choose a generator. Honest about my options. Very professional. I used them before and had similar experience. No pressure whatsoever. I hate to give top grades across the board, but in this case, they deserved it.

If the electricians weren't running new wires or outlets , they were cleaning up after themselves . very professional job . very knowledgeable about being up to code .

Hillcrest exceeded my expectations in all aspects of performing this job. We got three estimates and one was more than four times higher than the Hillcrest estimate! Hillcrest was very clear about the scope of the job and what was entailed, and followed through exactly as they described, updating us periodically as the job progressed. Because they have to work on every electrical outlet with knob and tube wiring, they had to move quite a bit of furniture and knickknacks, but they moved things back into place and cleaned up, scheduled the building inspection, and even gave me advice on light bulbs. We couldn't be more satisfied.

The business owner was responsive to our initial query for an estimate. Getting the actual estimate took a bit longer than expected. However, the scheduling of the job went smoothly after the estimate was provided, and the job itself occurred as scheduled and the job was completed without any problems. The workers were easy to get along with and performed the job efficiently and neatly. There was no mess left behind. The result is exactly what we wanted and the price was very reasonable. We may very well do more work with this company in the future.

Excellent -- the two men who run Hillcrest are terrific -- responsive, professional, careful, thorough. They clean up after themselves, too.

I have useed Hillcrest for many jobs over many years and I have always found Bill and John to be fantastic to work with. They are very professional and personable. My job is in the "roughed in" phase right now and will be complete in a few weeks. They have been excellent in fitting us into their schedule and it has been a pleasure to work with them.

They did excellent work. I don’t know what their charges are going to be because the bill hasn’t been sent yet. They’re honest and reasonably priced. They are responsible and clean. They give the highest quality and they’re extremely professional. I will use them again in the future.

To save me money and keep chargeable time down, electrician had me travel and puchase the replacement assembly, working with me to keep the total cost down. Whole job, including purchasing replacement assembly, took less than a week.

They came on short notice, and did the job. They were pleasant to deal with and I would use them again for a larger job.

John and Bill arrived promptly. They immediately went to work, and consulted with me as required for things like placing the recessed cans in the kitchen and colors of switches and covers. They both worked quickly and efficiently. They even patched and cleaned up any plaster dust etc. They treat my house as if it was their own property. I have used Hillcrest for multiple jobs and have always been pleased. I look forward to working with them again. They are great!

Although they are only in Needham and publish in another magazine that they service a wide area, the woman who answered the phone told me they don't service Dorchester. It was an awful feeling that they simply did not want to come to my neighborhood. I was very disappointed.

Excellent quality work e.g. clever routing to conceal outlet wiring. They labeled all breakers - something no electrician in 30 years had bothered to do. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. All work done to schedule as they had predicted.

They responded by phone the same day. I was set up for an estimate the following week. The gentlemen showed up promptly and discussed my options. They faxed me an estimate the next day with a proper description and great price. Unfortunately I did not use that septic tank contractor who needed the electric done.

They were done quickly and were professional the whole time they were there. I had to have them come back. They came back right away and was still able to keep everything on a tight schedule. They are great.
