I ordered four tires online from TireRack.com and had them delivered directly to My Tire Guys. Jake called the afternoon that the tires were delivered and scheduled my installation appointment for the very next day. He arrived at my house slightly early (about 15 minutes) and got right to work. It took about an hour start-to-finish and he was quick, clean and very professional. He even took a few minutes after the install to let me know what to expect from the new tires. The price was about the same as getting them installed elsewhere, but with the convenience of having the installation come to me, it was well worth it. I won't hesitate to use him again when it comes time to replace the tires on my second car.

My Tire Guys is a wonderful service! I called Saturday night and Sunday as well as sent them an email saying I needed two new tires for my car since I had hit a curb and blown the two right tires. Jake called me on Monday around 11 a.m as I was walking home from work. He found two tires that met my needs at a great price and said he would be at my apartment Tuesday at 12:30. At exactly 12:30 he called me to say he was at my car. I met him outside, signed an agreement stating he would install the tires. He also noticed that the wheel on one of the tires was scraped very badly and said he would sand it down so it wasn't so rough. He said it would take a half hour..Thirty minutes later he called to say the car was ready. He put the two new tires on the back and put the tire that matched my front left one on the right front. And it was done! He was very professional, made my life easy by coming to me so that I didn't need to have the car towed and the price was terrific! I hope I don't need to have my tires changed for another 40,000 miles, but if and when I do, I will call Jake!.

Jake was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, affable and attentive and more than willing to answer all of my questions. He was very interesting to listen to and clearly very well educated and updated in the latest advancements in tires. From start to finish he was outstanding. I can't believe that just like that I have brand new tires on both cars. The experience couldn't have been better or easier for me. It was so much better than any experience I've had with big name tire stores and the price was as good if not better than the big stores as well. I would without hesitation use Jake's services again and I would absolutely and emphatically recommend him to family and friends.

They were great. They were on time and did the work I expected efficiently. It saved me a great deal of effort not having to take delivery of the times myself and then transport them to a mechanic. This was much more convenient. They have a partnership with Tire Rack, so I identified My Tire Guys as the recipient of the delivery as soon as I bought my new tires. I will definitely use them the next time I buy new tires.

Jake from My Tire Guys is definitely the tire guy you need. He picked up the phone on the second ring and was courteous and helpful from start to finish. I booked a time for him to come to my home to replace 4 tires on my car and he was available the following afternoon. He gave me thoughtful, no-pressure advice on the tires to choose. He showed up 40 minutes early and took only one hour to complete the job. He stayed for another 10 - 15 mins to explain what he'd done and go over the job. The price was really as good or better than stand-alone tire replacement shops. I'm so impressed I've already given out his business card to three other friends/neighbors.

After a poor customer service experience at Town Fair Tires in Everett, I turned to Angie's List and called My Tire Guys. Not only was service fairly priced, but the installation guy called me 15 minutes before the appointment to let me know that he'd hit traffic and would be 15-20 minutes late. When he arrived the whole process took about 15-30 minutes. I will never buy tires from another vendor - these guys were awesome.

This is the second time I've used My Tire Guys to handle my seasonal tire swap and it's been great both times. They show up at my house on time, do the work on site and are efficient. I shopped around the pricing and this price is right in line with all other vendors. Biggest benefit of using this service is the convenience of being at home or work while it's happening. You don't have to wait at some grungy auto shop reading old car mags! I'll definitely be using them going forward for all of my tire/wheel needs.

I am very happy with them. They are very easy to talk to and set up an appointment. The prices are really good. The guy that came was very professional and a very nice person also. Overall, it was a great experience. I really liked the service. It was a very competitive offer, the cheapest that I could find anywhere. The price depends on the tires you get. They had everything in stock as well.

This is a great business model at a reasonable price. You can buy tires from them or order tires/wheels online and have them install for you in your home or office at the same price as you go to shops. The owner Jake came to my house and mounted/installed snow tires to my car. He showed up on time and is very knowledge/professional. I would definitely use him again this spring when I get my summer tires back to my car.

This was a perfect and reasonably priced transaction. I was able to schedule quickly. They showed up on time, were courteous and professional. They finished the job quickly and the best part is they came to our house! They left everything as they found it. I highly recommend My Tire Guys. I will use them in the Spring to put my regualr tires back on..

I called the service on Wednesday and they offered to come over on Monday of Columbus Day Weekend at 6 PM. I had chosen the tires I wanted in advance (Michelin MXV4 (H)), told them the make/model/year of my car, and they just asked me to leave it on the street in front of my house. They showed up on time, showed me the contract to which I agreed in advance, and got to work. As promised, they were done in an hour, having taken my old tires, balanced the new ones, and had me ready to go. I have been driving for about 2 months on them without no problems. I would strongly recommend their service for its quality, promptness, their nice manner, and their competitive price.

I rarely write reviews but I am excited enough about my recent experience to be prompted to write this. This is an awesome service and I recommend that anyone purchasing tires through the internet strongly consider using My Tire Guys for installation. For the first time, I had contemplated purchasing my tires through the internet (which I had never done before) and wanted some advice. Before making my decision, I learned about My Tire Guys through the internet as an option for tire installation. I contacted them and spoke with Jake a couple of times prior to making my decision to purchase new tires. My initial impression of Jake was that he was generous with his time and considerate in his advice. I realized that if I were to purchase tires through the internet, they would be delivered to the house. I would then have the choice of either dragging the tires to my local garage or tire store and waiting at the shop while they installed the tires, or having My Tire Guys come to me, The latter just seemed like a no-brainer. I decided to go ahead and purchase the tires through the internet (and in doing so, saved myself a bunch of money). The tires were delivered by UPS to my house. Once they arrived, I scheduled an appointment to have My Tire Guys come to the house and perform the installation. The appointment with My tire Guys was booked less than a week in advance. They offered a number of time slots - one right after the kids jumped on the school bus in the morning (7:30). Very convenient. They showed up within a few minutes of the promised time and performed the service in the driveway while I worked at home. All done well within 60 minutes. The cost of the installation and tire removal was very fair, the service was prompt, courteous, and of high quality. I will definitely use My Tire Guys again.

Jake did an excellent job. He was at least 10 minutes early to our appointment, and met me in the back parking lot at my office. With just a few questions I was free to go and begin working and he called me when the tires were done. The work looks great, and the car drives fine. The whole thing took about 40 minutes, but only about 5 minutes of my time. I had dreaded getting my tires changed. I usually would go to Costco, where I would wait in line smelling exhaust and rubber fumes for half an hour to get an early start on the "first-come-first-served" policy. Then I would be stuck at Costco for a couple hours waiting for my tires to be done. The whole process takes a good half a day. With My Tire Guys they come to your home or office and wait on you, not vice versa. It is worth a bit of an extra premium in price to me to save so much time. Logistics - I bought my tires on "Tirerack.com." The website recommended "My Tire Guys," so I selected to have the tires delivered there. They called me when the tires came in, set up an appointment, and was ready to go when I got there. I strongly recommend this service and would use them again.

Our car failed the safety inspection due to bald tires, so we couldn't drive it. What can I say? I don't notice baldness on tires, only people. Anyway, this was a major inconvenience. I called and Jake came out the next day with the exact tires I wanted to match the two front ones that I had replaced last year. He came when he said he would, was completely pleasant and professional, and was done in about 30 minutes. I got to hang out inside and continue to make dinner. When I first spoke with him, he offered to find the most affordable tires, but I really just wanted to match the ones we already have. Overall, I'm thrilled to get this problem solved in an incredibly convenient way.

I think that it is a great service. At the times we live in today, no one has time to go to the tire place and wait for them to put your tires on. They showed up when they were supposed to. They were very polite, responsive and their prices were excellent. I tried to look through prices online and they were a little less than other places.
