Others had said that the window was not deep enough for the type of shade I wanted (a roman shade), but Innuwindow said they could do it, had a large selection of fabrics to choose from for the shade, timely came and measured the windows and made and installed the shades. In all respects the work was timely and professional and I would use them again any time I need custom window covering work. I was very happy to have found them and with the work they did.

She was very helpful and helped me measure properly as well. They did not install it.

The guy did the bedroom, then said he didn't have time that day to do the other room too and that someone would call me and come back. They never did. The drapes have never looked totally crisp like they should.

Worked with Massimo on custom Silhouette shades several years ago (2008 and 2010). Massimo brought samples and offered suggestions. Prices were competitive. Delivery was quick and installation was fantastic. The installer also took the time to repair a drapery bar support that had missed its mark in a DIY install. Overall very happy with their work.

Innuwindow was on time to the appointment I scheduled at my home and gave me an estimate at the same time. I really like that they have a showroom close by that I could choose what I wanted. They have many choices for window blinds and coverings. The blinds were installed on time (about 3 weeks wait time) and the installer did it quickly. I had issues with the wood blinds that were installed and they responded quickly and had them replaced. I'm not sure that the replacement blinds (poly blinds) I received are as high quality as the wood blinds I previously had, but they are not warping (which is the issue I had with the wood blinds). I am thinking about going back to get roman blinds for my kitchen now.

I had the worst experience imaginable with Innu Window. They appeared to have a nice variety of options and relatively knowledgeable salespeople, but when I purchased an expensive custom blind that the salesperson assured me was durable and high-quality, what they delivered broke after 3 weeks. Moreover, neither their technician nor the store owner bothered to understand what went wrong, they simply let their manufacturer deal with it - and were totally unresponsive. What they returned to me over a month later was simply taped together with a couple pieces of scotch tape, and clearly unable to last another 3 weeks. I had the technician take it back. After much argument, the store owner reluctantly and quite rudely gave me a refund.

The kitchen in my townhouse gets a great deal of sun and is right near the sidewalk, so I needed a treatment that would cut down on the glare and provide privacy without turning the kitchen into a dungeon. An added issue is that the window is an odd size just short of seven feet wide. The salesperson at Innuwindow suggested a honeycomb, accordion shade that would cover the whole window. It could be raised or lowered. At the time (6-7 years ago), it was a new product. It was (and still is) the perfect solution. When we want light and to maintain privacy, we lower it from the top. When privacy is not a concern, we raise it from the bottom. The only negative is that they can be a bit on the expensive side (thus the "C" rating for price) but quality costs, and the product we bought is of high quality. Many years later it still has not faded or yellowed, and it gets full sun for most of the day. Another interesting note is that while I was there, an interior designer came in, and it was quite obvious that he was a regular customer. So if they are used by professionals, then you can be sure they know their stuff!

They are very easy to use. We love them! When they were being installed the installer noticed one of the blinds was slightly soiled, immediately ordered a new one and took the other one back.

They did a good job and I would use them again.

I bought pleated shades for all of the windows in my home from Innuendo.The first set of shades have been up for over 15 years and they still function perfectly and look great. I more recently bought pleated shades for other rooms of the house and I'm equally pleased. I have been working with Rick on a fabric order for some furniture I'm having upholstered and this transaction is also going well. Actually, all of the people who work at Innuendo are talented and helpful with choosing styles, fabrics, etc. I highly recommend using this store for your window treatments and other home design requirements. Additionally, you will find their selections to be more creative and interesting than most stores who provide similar products.

It worked really well. They were excellent. I think it was very good value. I was happy with it. I think the thing that stands out is that the person who came out who worked with me actually gave me a call. I had put down half of the deposit and he gave me a call right before the Massachusetts no tax day and suggested that we run the rest of the purchase on that day. He really saved me a lot of money by thinking ahead on that, so I appreciated that. I guess the cost was maybe a little higher than what I would have ideally paid, but I think it was in line with comparable vendors.

The work turned out fine. It was very good. I would highly recommend them, I was pleased. The customer service representative came to the house, she had a lot of samples for me, to look at, and she ordered it, and then scheduled it, and did a nice clean installation.
