Amazing! Dharma gave us an estimate and we hired his company to power wash our siding, porches, railings and the roof. knowing that Dharma would be the one doing the actual work. We are happy we did... This man's work ethic is unbelievable. We have never seen anyone work with such fervor, speed and diligence. He visually inspected the house over and over and took care of any spotting that did not come off with the first pass. He applied a solution to the roof to kill the lichen growing there. He came back a week later and made sure that all of the roots of the lichen were destroyed and softly washed the roof. He then went back over the entire house to remove any spotting that may have dripped on the siding when he washed the roof. If you want to hire a company who does exactly what they say and then some and whose prices are reasonable, hire Dharma Surface Cleaning. I will use this company again and again. Excellent! Very friendly, helpful, responsive, & punctual. Did a terrific job of pressure washing the concrete areas in my yard. It was spotless. His price was $50 less than the other contractor I contacted . Also, went out of his way to email me links to buy concrete sealant, which he recommended I apply.

It could hardly have been better. He arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would, noticed mold growth on roof, added cleaning that at no charge, cleaned up, and left. That was at over a month ago when the weather was still relatively warm. A few days ago I noticed an area on the side of my house that he had clearly missed, probably by losing track of where he was when he moved equipment. Since what he was cleaning off the house was oxidation that disappeared when wet, that's not at all surprising. Since we were having an unusually warm couple of days I called him to see if he could possibly get back before the weather turned frigid as forecast for two days later. He said he was rushing to finish up a couple of jobs before the weather turned frigid, but would try to stop by and take a look. Sunday evening after dark, while it was raining, he rang my doorbell and asked me to point out where the problem was, since it had again disappeared in the rain. I showed him where it was when visible, he said he would do the best he could, and the next day after the sun came out it had disappeared. As I said, my experience with this person could not have been better, and I strongly recommend him.

It was late in the season for power washing and the gutters were full of decayed leaves. It was probably his last job of the season, or close to. The provider was terrific. Personable, knowledgeable, hard working, and realistic about what needed to be done. I would hire him again in a heart beat.

I recently bought a house with an old cinder block garage that had a strong unpleasant smell. Dharam was very straightforward and knowledgeable about what approach to take and how much difference cleaning would make. He went out of his way to schedule time a couple of days after he did the estimate, and drove into town on a Sunday to do the work. He did top notch work and is also a super nice, easy-going person. I enjoyed the whole experience and my garage is vastly cleaner, with the smell mostly gone, which is saying something for a garage that had smelled like that for so long.

I called Gordon for his opinion on the problem I was having with the unsightly black streaks on the front of my house and garage roofs. Gordon pulled up some photos of my house online and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a very reasonable estimate. I agreed to the price and scheduled work for the next day. Gordon arrived at 3PM and worked for three hours. First, Gordon applied the solution needed to loosen up the Lichen that had been causing the ever darkening black streaks that were making my house and garage roofs look quite ugly. Second, Gordon rinsed the entire roof of the house and garage. Third, Gordon performed an overall cleanup of the house and garage areas on which he had worked. The appearance of the roof areas cleaned has resulted in a 100% improvement. Virtually all of the Lichen has now disappeared! Work was performed efficiently and in a professional manner. Everything was much cleaner, the price was nice, and I was told the proprietor was friendly and respectful (I wasn't home at the time). My one concern is that we agreed in advance that he would be extremely careful of the flowers and plants around the house, but a number of flowers and plants were damaged, I presume by contact with the long hose used in the cleaning process. I concede that it may be impossible completely to avoid damaging the plantings, but he should have just told me that in the first place.

Dharam was responsive, friendly, priced well (I had gotten other quotes and he was half their cost), did a fantastic job (even pressure washing our back storage room concrete stairs! That was a pleasant surprise) and it was overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

He came twice. He had to do it in two different days, as there was a lot of moss on the roof which had to first be treated and left to dry before being washed off the roof a few weeks later to prevent regrow. I have never seen my house walls so clean. Mr. Dharma was very thorough. The walls and the rather old roof as well as gutters and the deck look very nice. I think the whole house has never looked so clean in 12 + years we own it.

Gordon showed up at scheduled time and spent close to 5 hours doing the roof and siding. House looks great and he is going to come back and check to see the results of the application on roof to make sure all the mold is gone. Explained all work to be done and was very pleasant to work with

From scheduling (called me right away) to communicating to me he would be an hour later than scheduled - Dharma was a pleasure to work with! Said what he was going to do - did it - even power washed a couple of things not on the list. Would use again and again.

Everything went great from start to finish. Dharam was extremely responsive and very pleasant to deal with. He was prompt and courteous, and the job turned out great. We are also very pleased with the painter he connected us with, who did an amazing job sanding and staining/painting our deck. The deck, which is several decades old and previously looked very worn and distressed, looks years younger and in much better shape. We are thrilled that we can hopefully get some more time out of it because of the care that Dharam and George took with the project. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My mahogany deck had not been protected properly when it was built over two years ago. The original contractors apparently were clueless as to how to stain and protect the wood. As a result the beautiful color and depth of the mahogany deteriorated to a dull, flat gray. I'm happy to say that the beauty of the wood has been restored as a result of Dharam's excellent work. When I scheduled with Dharam, I was pleased with his prompt response and ability to schedule for the following week, well before the time that I would begin setting up the deck for summer. I had to reschedule due to illness and he was able to accommodate this change and reschedule me for the following week at a time when I'm sure he is in great demand. He arrived an hour later than the agreed upon time, but he alerted me promptly to the delay and kept me updated on his progress (apparently there was heavy traffic). Dharam is a very pleasant person to interact with and professional at the same time. He power washed the deck and balcony as planned, but also washed the railings and the iron spiral staircase leading into the yard below at no extra charge. He was prompt and clear in all his interactions with me, and followed through as planned. All in all, I am very pleased and have no hesitancy in recommending him.

We worked together to coordinate the services. Because I was having my gutters cleaned, it was best to wait until the leaves were off the trees. Because I have some trees that keep their leaves for a long time, we needed to find a time that would have as many of the leaves off the trees and the temperature would allow pressure washing. Dharma was flexible and we found a window that worked. Now my house gleams. I'm very happy. I will use this provider again.

Dharam was able to give an estimate, from an emailed photograph of the house. Once here, he listened carefully to qualms and preferences and adjusted his methods to what was needed, from low pressure in some areas, to blasting a rear deck that is going to be sanded and painted. He came fully prepared for every possibility and earned every penny. The house is sparkling.
