After I contacted the company, they informed me that the deal was only for up to 1800 sq ft. I did not want to pay any additional on top of the deal. I just decided to cancel the deal.

Amazing! If you need your house power washed - this is the company you want to use. Dharam is the best. I purchased a coupon on Angie's List for a power wash + additional service. My house was a disaster. I just purchased it about a month ago and the previous owners never cleaned anything (both inside and out!). After Day 1 - my house looked brand new. It looked about 3 shades lighter. There was an issue with the hose, so Dharam came back on Day 2 to finish up the job. He cleared out gutters that haven't been cleaned out in years and made the roof sparkle. I can't say enough great things about Dharma Surface Cleaning. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend to friends and family.

Purchased a deal for 1000 sq ft pressure washing for $220. Contacted Dharma to schedule a service on 9/8 for the same week. He contacted us on 9/11 and managed to squeeze us in for 9/12 (which was excellent as we had visitors coming the following weekend). Dharma arrived on time and did a great job cleaning all surfaces. It would have been nice if he was able to get more of the weeds out from between the pavers, but otherwise the results were great. We had significantly less than 1000 sq ft overall area but many vertical surfaces, so he charged an extra $20 for additional solution, which we thought was reasonable. Overall, a great service. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

Great experience. Contacted Dharma via email and he's responded both times early the next morning. I sent pictures and he gave me an estimate for the work broken down by component as I had requested. We arranged for the following week and he called in the morning to confirm time and showed up when he said he would. Very pleasant gentleman who worked very hard for 4 hours, stopping only during a brief thunderstorm. This is not only pressure washing, but true house surface cleaning, as he used a scrub brush where needed, too. Although I did not pay to clean my 100-foot driveway, he did it to make sure everything he washed off the house was out of the driveway. For an additional $10 each, he used a substance to wash the moss and green algae off a large window well and a part of the driveway. A true professional and gentlemen that we enjoyed chatting with as he cleaned up and packed his equipment. I will definitely call him again. A real gem and a terrific job.

Our house never looked so good - it practically sparkles. Dharam is very professional and detail-oriented, just what you want when getting your house washed! He's also a really nice guy! The price was fair and I would definitely use his services again.

They did fabulous. I watched them do the work. I learned a lot. The process had several steps that took meticulous detail. The gnetlemen took over 4 hours to get the job done correctly. He really took his time and did the job right. He even cleaned a picnic table without me asking to and didn't even want to charge me for it. I did end up paying him for his extra time. I was concerend about protecting the plants around the fence and he did an excelent job protecting them.

He did an outstanding job. He used the best products for each surface to clean as gently as possible. He even did my roof with gentle pressure and it still looks great now. I will be using him again when the time comes.

Outstanding service! While Dharma can be hard to contact by phone (because he's working all day without access to one), he's very responsive by e-mail. He was prompt, professional, explained the services, and performed them expertly. Highly recommend!

Our house looks like it was just painted and its vinyl! Dharma did a great job and barely charged anything. He not only washed the house and deck but our fence, shed and walkways. Some plants did get browned a bit by the soap but they came back within a few weeks. I would highly recommend Dharma.

It went really well! He was great at getting back to me quickly and scheduled me within 1-2 weeks of when we talked. He finished the job within 4-5 hours and did more than I asked, so I gave him a good tip. He's a really nice guy and his price was so reasonable in comparison to another company I called that would have charge me 3-4 times as much! Definitely would use him again.

Great. I got a call back quickly. He came out and have an estimate the next day and took care of the work within two days after that. Nice, low key person. The brick looks great and it was done so there weren't obvious lines where the house had been washed and not washed.

A part of our roof was not getting adequate sunlight and there was a lot of moss growing. I called Dharma to see it and provide us with a quote. He promptly set up a time and came. Upon inspection, he also recommended installing a zinc strip to prevent future lichen and moss growth. We agreed and he performed the entire job himself, over a total of 3 visits. We didn't need to be home and are very happy with the result.

Dharam's work was impeccable. He's a pleasure to work with. And, he was MUCH more affordable than any other estimates. He was punctual and prompt. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Great job, great price, clean as a whistle and my shrubbery was totally unharmed. For a bonus he cleaned the gutters too, without me asking for it! I give them my highest recommendation.

Great response to emails. They had one of the lower prices I got quotes from and the service did not disappoint. The person on the first floor forgot to shut a couple windows but he worked around that and by they time they got home he could work on that section of the house. Work completed in the agreed time and looked great afterwards.

Dharma arrived around noon. I explained we needed some extra TLC on our stained woodwork on the deck. He took the time to carefully remove mold and mildew in this area. The whole house looks great. The entire time Dharma was professional and offered advice to proper cleaning and touch-up repairs.

Dharma did a superb job from point of initial contact until the job was completed. He promptly responded to my request for an estimate and when I selected him for the job, it was quickly scheduled. He arrived on the scheduled date and proceeded to power wash the house. I got home from work as he was finishing up and the house looked as though it had been repainted/resided, it was so gleaming white. There were no traces whatsoever of the extensive green mildew. Also, although I had only requested that the siding be washed, he nevertheless wiped down the gutters as well and washed off the back steps which also showed signs of mildew. The premises were left neat and clean and there was no damage to foundation plantings. I was thrilled with the results. Dharma was extremely professional and pleasant and I would not hesitate to use him again or to refer him. My neighbor was also impressed with the job he did and asked for Dharma's contact information as she and her husband want to do their house next spring. On a scale of 1 to 10, Dharma's services get a 10.

This was my first experience with Angie's list and it was fantastic! Dharma responded quickly to my e-mail and was available to give me a quote within a day. He came to my house and spent time thoroughly inspecting it as well as discussing the process with me. He alerted me to several potentially problematic areas and what would be done to address them. He went well above and beyond what he quoted me for without changing the price. I got more than my money's worth. I highly recommend him.
