Description of Work: They cam on time and not only tuned up the mower (sharpen the blade, change the oil, etc), but also repaired a broken drive cable, I asked ahead of time about this and once I looked up the mower and engine number, they were ready to help. As promised, we just left the mower in the driveway and they fixed it on schedule. One slight point is I wish they would have left a note, because I had to inspect the mower more closely before I could tell they had done all the tuneups. Excellent service overall.

Description of Work: Before I bought this deal my snow thrower had started leaking fuel (or something that looked a lot like fuel) and I was forced to purchase a new snow thrower. Wainwright's came to my home and checked my old snow thrower and told me they thought it might need a new engine but they would need to take it to their shop to determine what the problem really was. I decided to wait on that and asked if they would prepare my new snow thrower for summer storage after the winter eventually ended. No problem, they said, and after the last storm I called them to schedule that service. They arrived as scheduled and they did a very thorough and professional job of summerizing my machine. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Description of Work: fixed snow blower. It took a long time till they could come because so many people needed their services because there was so much snow. The season was almost over.

Description of Work: There was a bit of confusion over the service that was purchased as an Angie's List Deal and the service that was performed. What was purchased was a "Snowblower Tune-Up/Repair"; what the snowblower needed most was a carburetor repair, a bit deeper of a service. The amount billed was almost identical to the Angie's List deal price, so we settled it reasonably and amicably. I'll be happy to do business with them again.

Description of Work: Snow blower repair during busy time of the winter season. They came to my house to fix my snow blower that would not start. After an hour of working on machine, repairman determined that it needed to be fixed in the shop. They arranged for pickup/delivery and did not charge for initial visit since they could not fix it on-site. Great customer service. A+.

Description of Work: Had a tune-up done on our snowblower right in our own driveway-so handy! Haven't had to fire it up since(not complaining) so can't comment on the work. The guys were very accommodating and had to return a second time as first trip the blower had been borrowed and not returned on time. I apologized and they came another day without complaint.The only issue was they got some fluid spots on our paver style driveway that haven't washed out yet. Perhaps a tarp or something would prevent that in the future. As I wasn't home I would have liked something saying what was done and if there were any problems. A difficult winter for all and I felt they really followed through with no excuses.

Description of Work: The handle of our snow blower was broken off. We found Wainwright engine service from Angies List. We called and made an appointment for them to come to repair the snow blower. They came and repair the handle of the snow blower but we have not use the snow blower since the repair was done because there was no snow storm to use the snow blower. We will follow up the review when we use it next winter.
