Description of Work: Great job, completley renovated my lawn mower and addressed issues and cleaned it up making it look like new. Also some great tips for winterizing and addressing mice issues using mower as a winter home. many thanks.

Description of Work: On site maintenance of my mobile generator that I use as residential back up in case of power outage in my town. I took advantage of the Special Deal for Generator Tune-Up and Preventive Maintenance offer on Angie's List. In spite the the fact that the company was over an hour away from my home, they came on time and spent at least 2 plus hours working on it. In the end they indicated that the carburator was shot. I called the store where I had bought the unit and they indicated that they would have to order the part. David Wrainwright said he would be happy to come back and complete the work when the part came but I decided that to use the local company where I originally bought the unit some 6 years ago to finish the job. They did subsequently pick up the unit and did confirm that the carburator was the problem. I would use Wrainwright again because they were honest.

Description of Work: They worked on my mower for 1-1/2 hour. The mower started better, sounded better, even looked better and did not vibrate. They also told me the correct fuel I should use. They were excellent and I would definitely use them again.

The service man performed his duties efficiently and informed me on the condition of my generator. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this firm highly. Description of Work: The provider made email contact as promised, but not until 10 pm at night on the last possible day. On the date of the scheduled service, we had to call at 4pm to ask if they were still coming that day. They apologized for missing the appointment and to their credit came out that evening and did the work. | |The repairs were done well, it just seemed that the provider was a bit overwhelmed with the volume of work that they had at the time. We have never had to follow up on an appointment with any Angie's List provider before. | |

Description of Work: David was prompt with his communications and showed up on time. He was pleasant to speak with and did a good job fixing my snowblower. I needed some belts replaced and provided my own, which insured he could make the needed repairs on that visit. I would definitely use his services again.

Description of Work: Prior to purchasing deal I emailed the company and asked if they serviced NH, they responded with a Yes. I purchased a deal for Lawnmower Tune Up which clearly states in the fine print that the deal included mileage & travel time. 3 days after I purchase the deal (a day later than I was supposed to hear from them), I get an email stating that they needed an additional $30 for travel one way since I am in NH. I'm not paying any additional, I want a refund, and I am very dissatisfied with this experience overall!

Description of Work: They did a tune-up on my rider mower as well as my push mower and sharpened the blades on each one as well. Both mowers were shining when they were finished. They did these at my home & I happened to get home while they were still here. The owner's father & a young man who they hired about 2 weeks prior were working on them. They were both very professional, easy to talk with and the father told me what to do to keep these mowers in good shape. He also said that I can call anytime because they stand behind their work.
