Description of Work: I mistakenly thought that Wainwright did not do the service but found out from my wife that they indeed came and took care of our lawn mower. I spoke with Wainwright today and cleared my mistake up with them. They did an outstanding job and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Dave Wainwright responded immediately to perform the tune up on the snowblower here at my home in Needham. He determined that some parts were missing or broken and asked if I wanted them replaced. He ordered the parts, called me and returned to complete the job. Very professional. Will use again.

Description of Work: They told us to leave the mower out, that we didn't need to be home. Apparently the came to the house and couldn't find the mower. If you look in the back yard there is no way to miss the large riding mower. When I called to reschedule the said they would come the following Friday and never showed. With a newborn it was the last thing we needed to deal with.

My tech’s drove an hour there and spent an hour knocking on the door, searching for the mower, and it was no where in site. Drove an hour back and when you did call to reschedule, we did arrive and we did service the machine. Many times people do not realize we are there and serviced their machines. Even though we did a complete job and wiped down the machine, the member is stating we never did the service. If you would like we will come out again and you can watch us service your machine, free of charge. At Wainwrights we do what it takes to make our customers happy and I apologize for this misunderstanding and we will do whatever it takes to make it right. I want to thank you for taking the time to review my company.
