Description of Work: The services were performed very well. I marked them down to a "B" rating only because the price seems a bit high for a snowblower tuneup, and because it took them several weeks to actually be able to get around to servicing my snowblower. I know that every snowblower repair shop is overwhelmed right now, but I still felt it them a little while to get around to my machine. Perhaps an unfair markdown, but . . . .

Description of Work: Purchased a snowblower tune-up service from Wainwright. The technician arrived at my home on time and performed the tune-up as scheduled. The snowblower needed a little extra TLC, and the technician was able to clearly explain and show me what the issues were and what additional work was needed. Very professional and a quick turnaround on the additional repairs.
