Description of Work: Tuned-up several pieces of power equipment including riding lawn mower, push mower, and a chipper shredder. Service at my home location was convenient as they repaired what they could that day but needed to order parts for one thus needed to set up a return visit understandably. The guys doing the work were very knowledgable and everything has worked fine since their work was completed. I will use them again when the need arises.

Description of Work: They came to my house and performed a thorough maintenance of my snowblower, which gave me great peace of mind, remembering the snow from last winter. I have used it recently and it works just fine. My alternative was paying a company to pick it up at my house, take it to a shop for maintenance, and then return it - which is much more expensive than having it done right here at my house.

Description of Work: Tuned up the snow blower and gave us some instructions on how to keep it in good condition. They came promptly, worked quickly and were available to call when we had questions.

Description of Work: Came to my home, evaluated the issue with the snowblower, listened carefully to the issue it had with the starter, and worked without stopping until the issue was fixed. It wasn't easy--there was some rust and it is an old machine. But they clearly took pride in being able to solve the problem. And I was very impressed that they were flexible enough to substitute the starter work for the tuneup coupon. Couldn't be better! Of course, it hasn't snowed yet and we haven't used the machine, but they get an A+ for service and the rest we'll know when the next snowstorm comes. Thank you, Wainwright.

Description of Work: We purchased a deal for the service of our John Deere riding lawnmower. Interaction was all through email. They had us leave the lawnmower outside and they came in the morning and was done in about 3 hours. Very easy to work with.
