Description of Work: I can't remember exactly what they did, however I was very pleased with their professional demeanor and service. We had moved here from Boston, where there are no generators. They showed up as scheduled, checked our generator, gave us feedback, and were off. I call that a good interaction. I am not exactly sure about the date of service.

Description of Work: purchased a big deal on snow blower overhaul. They were on time and professional. I used the snow blower 1 time and half way through the belt broke. They said belt replacement was not part of the overhaul. They came back and replaced belt for another $100. Don't know why belt is not part of the overhaul but Snow blower is working great now

Description of Work: The company was professional from start to finish. The service person that came to pick up the snow blower was informative, patient, friendly, and so many things that a customer rarely experiences these days. The company itself was prompt, courteous on the phone, and very fair in dealing with the additional problems with the snow blower. I have had no end of problems with other companies that repair small engine equipment, so this company was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Given the choice, I would choose no other. I would give them A+++ if possible.
