Description of Work: I was very impressed with Wainwright's service. David's company tuned up/repaired both my snow blower and my rider mower. David was professional and courtesy, and highly personable, and he provided me with an estimate that was reasonable and accurate. His team arrived promptly and did the job at my house. He does charge a reasonable fee if he has to travel outside of his service area, but that did not apply in my case. | |I have had previous work done at larger shops, where they come and pick up your lawn equipment for a sizable fee, and then return the equipment weeks later. Not Wainwright -- no fuss, job done onsite, on the same day, at a fair price. I am definitely going to recommend Wainwright to my friends and neighbors who do their own yard work!

Description of Work: I've used this company 2 years in a row to come to my home and give my snow blower a tune up. They are fabulous and it is so convenient having them come to me!

Description of Work: Provider came right to the house and did a tune-up on the snow blower. Normally I would have had to pay to have the snowblower picked up and dropped off plus the cost of the tune-up. | |The tech cleaned up the machine and gave me tips on storage. As a recent widow I appreciated the time the tech took to make sure I knew how to use the machine properly.

Description of Work: Tune up snowblower. Everything went well. Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: They serviced our snowblower prior to the winter snow. We purchased the snowblower last year from Home Depot and had to service by Home Depot 2x. This year we decided to use Waiwright- they came to the house. When it didn't work- they took it to their shop, gave us all of our options and ended up getting it to work once they cleaned the carb. Great service!

Description of Work: Snow Blower service- | |BLUF: |Good: Professional service | |Bad: Communication regarding delays | |Overall: Very good- I would definitely still recommend the provider to others. | |The appointment was scheduled with ease- I would have liked to get it a bit sooner, but understand that it gets busy in the winter for them-especially before the first decent snow of the season. | |The technician showed up late due to mechanical problems with the truck (it happens), which is not a big deal in itself. | |The biggest issue I had was communication on the delay. I only found out about the mechanical problem after calling the office to check and make sure that I hadn't missed him while taking my kids to school earlier in the morning which overlapped my appointment by about 10 min.

Description of Work: They came out to tune-up our snowblower. Did the tune-up, checked the tires and unfroze the auger. Generally went very well (although we haven't had snow since, so don't know for certain). We were told when the repairs were being done that there would be no additional fee but did receive a bill for additional services. The technician did do more than just the tune-up, so the expenses were legitimate, but the communication wasn't very good.

Description of Work: They performed a tuneup on my ancient snowblower, setting me up to get through another winter. Were very responsible and helpful. Would hire them again!

Description of Work: Serviced our 1 yr. old house generator. It went fine, it turns on once a week and runs 10 minutes as it was originally programmed to do. No problems.
