The guys at Wainwright's were great. They showed up early, performed the mower winterization in about 30 minutes, and were gone before I knew it. They were very polite, explaining what they'd done at each stage, and left the site clean. I have no complaints whatsoever and will be using them in the future and recommending them to my neighbors.

The owner came out to our home (punctual) to perform an Angie's List special deal tune up but when unable to start it up, a closer look revealed that the carburetor was all gunked up and the snowblower was DOA. After providing some friendly advice on how to avoid killing the snowblower in the future, they loaded the patient on their truck and drove it their shop where they replaced the carburetor, winterized the monster for us and brought it back very quickly. Nice family owned business. Great experience.

That went fine and I would rate them A all across the board. They were very efficient. I didn't have to be there. They did everything.

They were fantastic. The owner of the company came out himself. He worked on the snow blower for quite some time until he found that it was actually broken. So, he tried to fix it but it wasn’t fixable without getting some new parts. He came back another time and took the snow blower in and was able to fix it which was great. He was very nice. His father and his brother came to drop of the snow blower a couple of weeks later. They were all very professional. I was extremely satisfied with the service. I paid additional $75 for the parts. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Easy appointment setup and they came right to my house. The deal was for a tuneup and for a small additional charge they also repaired my pull start. I would recommend.

This is the way to go for a Snowblower Tune up. No transporting of the snowblower back and forth and having to pay additional costs to do so. They called before they came to see if I was home. I told them I was at work, but had left the side door of the garage unlocked. I told them where they could turn on the lights in the garage, but they said they do the work in their vehicle. I asked that they contact me if any additional work needed to be done. Since I didn't hear from them I assume I am all set. My husband says the snowblower started, so I assume they did their job. The only thing I would have liked is if they have left some type of report or documentation on what they had done and to show they came and performed the work. I gave NA in the last two categories, as I wasn't home, so I couldn't comment on their punctuality or professionalism. But all prior correspondence via e-mail was answered promptly.

Contractor did not contact by date promised in Big Deal. When I did get an appointment it was for almost 3 weeks later. See above for how it went.

well. As expected. It was a little disappointing to have to pay an additional $70 when the deal said that the tune up I ncluded minor repairs but the fact that they travel to you outweighs the cost!

They did a very good job. He was great. I didn't have to deliver. They came into my house and actually fixed it here. I would rate them very highly. They were very reasonable. The price was exactly the way they said it was. They had the quote in their website, and they were true to their word. There wasn't anything funny under the law. It was like a father and son team. The father came out and the son was able to do the repairs. They did a really good job.

They were great. They responded right away and gave me the next appointment available. They picked up and returned my property the same day as promised.

These folks were great - they were really nice about rescheduling when I missed our appointment the first time (my fault!), and were punctual, friendly, courteous and helpful. We haven't had a chance to use the snowblower yet but feel very confident that it's been treated with the utmost of care. They also gave great advice for how to properly maintain it in the future.

The repair technician showed up at my house on a Sunday morning to tune up my snowblower. I told him it was running rough and had not been started in 8 months he said no problem. He replaced the spark plug, the air filter, put in fresh gas and gas stabilizer and had it running in minutes. He ended up disassembling the engine to clean the valves and had everything back together within an hour. His truck was totally self-contained. He put a drop cloth down to work on to catch any debris and when he left there was no evidence he had been there except a purring two-stroke motor.

The service technician showed up at the scheduled date and time, introduced hims and proceeded to perform the services as required. After he completed all of the grease oil lube and maintenance checks filled the gas tank and brought the snowblower back to the garage, giving me a full explanation of what he did as well as a recommendation for off season storage to prevent gumming up of the machine. I was very satisfied with the service.

Wainwright was terrific. Will absolutely be using them again in the future.

They were very punctual and very professional. They were very reasonably priced and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family that would need their type of service all year round.

The nicest guys! They followed up again and again on my prepay when I was not getting back to them, since I prepaid they wanted to make sure they got to me because they were scheduling out a month. Cleaned up everything, tested it, explained things to me. I will have them back out for the mower in the spring.
