Looks great, works great! Much easier than hauling it to local shop.

They responded quickly to my initial contact and were able to schedule an appt. within 1-2 weeks. They arrived at my home on time and were efficient but thorough in servicing both the lawnmower and snowblower. Worker was friendly and knowledgeable, and even helped out my neighbor with a problem he was having with his mower. It was so much easier than having to lug them into a shop.

I left it outside as directed. When I arrived home it was clean. I was able to start it the next dday without a problem

Very professional guys who were in and out in less than 30 min. I was told that they would show up in the morning and they didn't arrive until lunchtime which was my only major gripe. All in all, I'll use these guys again.

This company provided all the services that were contracted for. Very punctual and reliable. Would definitely call them back when the need arises.

They showed up as scheduled and tuned up the lawn mower on my front lawn. They did the work on a tarp to protect the grass. The work only took about an hour or so.

It went very well. The two mechanics were prompt and very thorough in the job they did. I called later with a follow-up question and they were very helpful. I could not be more pleased with the work they did, and the overall experience of working with this company!

I called Wainwrights three times today, starting early this morning. I received NO RESPONSE. I called based upon the Angie's list and rating... but was disappointed that nobody responded. Received a call first thing Tuesday morning with apologies for the delay. Caller was very pleasant. My service is now scheduled.

They were very good about refunding us the cost of the offer, minus the cost of a service visit which was fair.

After several pleasant rounds of correspondence, the technician showed up promptly at my door on what had to be one of the coldest days in January. Within no time at all he (can't remember the gentleman's name) presented me with several pieces of corroded fuel line, offered some advice on storing my fuel ( WITH an additive) and got back to finish the servicing. Had I not used Wainwrights, I wouldn't have had a working blower for one of the worst winters in memory. Prompt. Courteous. Professional. I will be definitely be using their services again for my lawnmower in spring!

Minor miscommunication on the first attempt to schedule, but shortly thereafter they came out and got my snowblower running like new again. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time, very very courteous and and pleasant to chat with. I came out multiple times to the driveway to check if he needed anything (water, food, etc.) and he politely declined each time. When I asked him questions about what he was doing he would kindly explain exactly what he was doing and how to better maintain my machine. Just extremely easy to work with and chat with. Cannot say enough about the experience. Wainwright's embodies the meaning of quality customer experience. I will gladly be hiring them again for years to come!

They did an excellent job. They found out there was a minor problem. I don’t know what they did, however, they did enough to get our snow blower working. We have no question about the fact that we would use them again. They were awesome.

I used Wainwright for the first time to do a much needed tune up of my lawn mower. I also told them it wasn't self propelling any longer. They showed me the belt was loose and they planned to buy a new one. However, they were able to tighten it up so I could get a little more life out of it. It was nice of them to save me a little money. They were also very clean, as they put down a drop cloth as soon as they got there. They were extremely prompt and professional. This is the first time I've ever had a lawn mower serviced and I will definitely have Wainwright perform an annual maintenance going forward.

My snow blower would not start and with the winter we have had this year I knew it would be difficult to find anyone to repair it any time soon. Much to my surprise, I received a call the day following my purchase and one of this company's owners went out of his way to get me scheduled within a two week time frame. They arrived as scheduled, went right to work, and before long my snow blower was running good as new. They took the time to give me instructions on keeping it in good condition, as well as some great snow blowing tips. Needless to say, I will never use anyone but Wainwright's again! Try them and I think you will be more than pleased with your experience.

I purchased the tune up as one of the Deals on Angie's List. Wainwright contacted me right away and set a date for the tune up within the week. They were right on time. They tuned up the snow blower and replaced the broken cable that adjusts the chute. It ran great in the garage but when I tried it during the first snow storm it sputtered and died under load. Wainwright was out the next day and determined that the gasoline was old . They replaced it and told me that the ethanol added to gas causes gunking if the gas isn't used in a few weeks. I tried it again and it was much better but still wasn't 100%. They suggested taking the carburetor back to the shop for a thorough cleaning but I opted for a new one (machine is 20 years old). The carburetor arrived about the same time all the snow storms in February and Wainwright was swamped with calls for help. They arrived at my house at 8:00am on a Sunday and replaced the carburetor just before a major snow storm. The snow blower worked perfectly. These guys are very professional and responsive, they go the extra mile to make sure that they do a quality job and that you're completely satisfied. I'm already scheduling my lawn mower tune up with them. I would highly recommend them.
