Wainwright's did a great job! They came out on Memorial Day morning for a scheduled tune-up, but my tractor wasn't working either. They quickly diagnosed that it just needed a battery replacement and they were done. It was quick & easy and affordable.

Folks from Wainwrights are always knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. I love this company.

Vendor arrived on time as scheduled. Explained what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions or issues. I explained one problem I was having. Service was GREAT. They were extremely thorough and paid attention to every detail. Would highly recommend and will be using them again to do the snow blower in the fall.

I called several company. Most of them need a wait time of 4 weeks and tune-up fee "to be determine after inspection". So I go to Wainwright's , they come in 2 weeks and do the job quietly. They tune-up the mower and leave. I don't even notice the job is done. Now the mower works great! My lawn still looks bad however...Time to hire a pro

Provided a prompt reply to my service request and provided a selection of days and times they were available. They called ahead to confirm the day and time. On the day of service they came to the house at the designated time and completed the job. Everything is working perfectly and I'm very satisfied. Conscientious company with polite, knowledgable workers. This is the second time I've used this company and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

They showed up one week earlier than scheduled, but I was able to accomodate their error. They worked as expected, were efficient and effective. The technician was a wealth of information and experience, and his assistant was very helpful to the technician and attentive to his needs. I believe the service took no more than an hour. I plan to use them in the future every year on a scheduled maintenance basis.

They came out to our home and were able to service the snowblower while we were at work. Very responsive, easy to deal with.

It was easy to make an appointment and they showed up right on time. He pulled the mower out of the garage into the driveway and performed the service there. When he was done, he went over everything he did. The mower is working great now!

It went great. Two experienced guys showed up in a truck. One did the snow blower and one did the lawn mower. I'm not sure there is anyone more knowledgeable about engines. They also adjusted all the cables so that they were the right length to work correctly (like the self propelled lever). They sharpened the blades on the mulching mower. I originally called because I don't have a way to get my snow blower to the shop - too big and car too small. I could have brought the lawn mower. But for the price, I decided to do both. I'm glad I did. They were very nice and had a good conversation. Also learned that I need to use StaBil more than I do.

After some scheduling goof-ups, we got the service done. They technician was nice and polite and showed me how to work a lawnmower which I had never done in my life. His demo was easy to follow. I recommend Wainwright's to everyone.

They scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me to be home. They arrived on time, got right to work, and did a great job on our two year old snow blower. The technician, Mr. Wainwright, was meticulous in his work. He went over every part of the machine, adjusted the skids, replaced the oil and spark plug, tensioned all the controls, assured proper tire inflation, and then completely wiped and shined the machine! He also gave me valuable advice about proper maintenance of the gasoline, and answered all my stupid questions with good grace. I believe that I got more than my money's worth for this service call. He also sharpened the blade on my lawn mower, a task that took very little time in his expert hands. He was a careful and precise worker. I wish that it would be possible to get this kind of quality service every day. Highly recommended.

Arrived about 9 a.m.in a van equipped with everything he needed to tune up my lawnmower. Sharpened the blades, filled it with gas, cleaned it, changed the oil and spark plug, etc. He was done in a little over an hour. Very convenient!

After my mower was tuned up, I could not start it myself so I called Wainwrights and the owner came over himself and found the problem which was not related to the tuneup. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I was very impressed that the owner came over on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Please use them for any small engine needs. You will not be sorry!!! I cannot say enough for the great service I received from this company.

Was not present at time of service. Mowers were left outside home in Bridgewater, so no additional mileage cost incurred. All steps defined by the Big Deal appeared to be completed and of good quality. Additionally, while service included air filter check, they must have determined that mine needed replacing, and they did so at no additional cost. It also appeared that they spray painted the undercarriage where the paint had been chipped away. This should be good rust prevention measure. Very happy with service and the convenience of having it done right at home.

I used them for my snow blower in the fall, obviously I liked, that is why they were back. Would/have recommended them. Very nice, very professional You can even leave your equipment outside and they will come when you are not home.
