Purchased the deal $99 for Push Lawnmower Tune-Up. The service was great and the mower worked better than it has in quite a while. It was raining out that day and the tech ended up completing the tune-up in his truck. After he was done he was nice enough to put it back in our shed. Great service all the way around. Thank you

I called at a busy time, and they got right back to me, and came within a week of my call. Impressive service. They helped me keep an old snowblower going through another winter. I will use them again.

Arrived a little eary (6:45am, window was 7-9) and got started. Were thorough and cleaned up betond expectations. Took time to talk with me. Knowledgable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. WIll be watching for snow blower tune up offer! Such a pleasure, timely and convenient!!

Very professional and quick to get the work done. I emailed Wainwright's Small Engine Service on Feb 11th and they came to fix it on Feb 12th. They came during the time period agreed on. They were plesent and did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs small engines fixed.

He was great! He came to the house, spent more than an hour tuning up the snow blower and changing the spark plugs, etc. The sow blower work perfectly all winter long.

Wainwright's small engine repair was very professional in scheduling my service. This service comes to your house which is very convenient. The worker left a detailed message about what was done . Perfect !! Couldn't have asked for anything better! Would definitely call them again.

Received communications from provider were excellent and quick and courteous. The technician showed up early and was very friendly. He also provided a detailed list of the work to be performed and showed me basic maintenance as well as answered all my questions (very knowledgeable!). Overall I am very satisfied with the service and the work of the technician. If you need it, I highly recommend using this company!

It went well. He arrived at the specified time and tuned the lawnmower. Now I need to get gas and mow the lawn. :P

The technician spent about 3 hours working on our lawn mower and snowblower. He changed the oil and filter and cleaned both machines. He explained that our snowblower was running rough because we'd let gas sit in it over the summer and the carburetor was gunked up. He took it back to the shop to soak the carburetor and they delivered it back to us within a few days. We were very pleased with the service. On site service at our home saved the hassle of getting the machines to a shop. We haven't used the snowblower but the lawnmower is running much more smoothly now.

They were excellent, they come to the house so I don't have to take the equipment for repairs!!!! Explained what needed to be done and did a great job! Love them!

We used an Angie's List coupon. The tech (Ernie, I think) did a good, professional job and explained a few things related to questions we had and issues we mentioned running into when using our snow blower. It didn't snow after the service, but the machine ran fine when we ran it to use up the gas once we could be confident it wouldn't snow again.

My parents has a snow blower who engine suddenly stopped this winter and won't start even after multiple attempts. Two technicians from Wainwright's Small Engine Service Inc went to their house and diagnosed and fixed the problem in 1.5 hr. We are happy that they are willing to travel to customer's location to debug the issue and if they couldn't figure it out they will transport the unit back to their workshop free of charge. I will use them in the future if I run into issues with snow blower or lawn mowers.

He was excellent, informative and explained everything in a way I could understand. He had old-time customer service that you rarely see anymore.

Service was performed quickly and efficiently. However, I was billed for an extra $39.00 for work performed in cleaning the carburetor. I didn't object to paying extra for this service, since it wasn't part of the special priced offer. What I did object to was that I wasn't told that there would be an extra expense, how much it would be, or asked if I wanted this extra service performed. After due consideration, I decided to pay the extra charge since I would have chosen to have the work done regardless. Nonetheless, I did feel a bit exploited. That said, I would use this service again, but I'd make sure to establish the prices ahead of time.

Scheduled the date left my mower outside while I was at work they came and did what they had to do with no issues.

We called during their busy time but they arranged with me when they would touch base again and did so promptly, even getting us into the shop earlier than I had expected. They came and picked up the mower, fixed its issues, and returned it! I liked these guys a lot and it stopped my husband's griping hands down!

The service for the big deal from Angie's List for a lawn mower and power tool repair from Wainwright's Small Engine Service went just fine.

Very smooth. They were thorough, communicated well, cleaned things when done. Friendly and helpful in explaining all aspects of the work at the end.

Very well. Although they arrived later than originally planned, they called to let me know in a timely fashion. They thoroughly checked over and cleaned the mower -- the carburetor was clogged and gave me some tips on maintenance to avoid problems in the future.

Done to my satisfaction and left very clean.

fi,install tension spring,which I gave him,and drive belt.fixed spring on blade brake This took all of 15 minutes to do. I was charged for 1.1 hours of work at a total of 85.80 dollars. Wainwrights Small Engine Service Charges way to much for the job they did.stalled spring and belt I will never use someone like this again and angies list should not use them either.

They came when they said they would come, they were quick, clean, efficient and reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Since the above review, Wainwrights has service the snow blower under a previously purchased big deal. In addition, skid plates were replaced ($61.00 parts & labor). All went well. Again, I give As in all categories.
