I got a tune up for my riding mower that was as good as any car tune up I've ever had. The blades were sharpened and they cut much better afterwards, as one might expect. This will become a yearly service.

CONFIRMED NOT ABLE TO BE FIXED

Joe came promptly at the beginning of the two-hour window they had promised. I was impressed with how efficiently and persistently Joe worked on our snowblower. He was confident he could get it working, even though it's an old model with some strange quirks. He filled it with gasoline. It was all covered by the price we had paid for the deal. Even more impressive, after he left, I noticed gasoline leaking. I called immediately, and Joe came back the next day. He put in a fuel shut-off. I wasn't home, and he left a note. Still no extra charge. What a fantastic service! So many other places make you bring your machine in, and he worked on it from his truck right in front of my house.

Absolutely recommend their services. The mechanic continued to tune and work on the blower until it was running perfect. For all the time spent, there was no extra charge.

Everything was done as specified and he cleaned the exterior of my machine as well. Great job!

The service was okay. They came out to us. I paid another $100 in addition to the $119 Big Deal.

There was no service because he mentioned that to service the lawn mower it would cost about the same amount as purchasing a new one. I don't think he wanted to do the job. So, I was not happy with that service. He didn't charge me for anything because he basically said that it was not fixable. I got a refund. They responded pretty quick.

Serviceman Joe arrived and did an excellent job on getting my snow blower ready for the winter. It was first service on my 3 year old machine. ( Ariens 24") Came to my home.

Wainwright's arrived on the date agreed to and performed the generator maintenance on my 10 year old generator. He was professional, and worked quickly.

They were great. I would give them all stars. They came out and did everything in terms of tune-up but there was a piece that they were going to get for me.

They were right there to greet me when I drove in. Very friendly. Made the whole process simple, easy. It took about a week, but was ready when they promised. I felt like this was the way things used to be done.....honest, professional and reliable....without all the endless paperwork.

Showed up first thing in the morning (6:30am). Changed the oil, checked and lubed all belts and moving parts, checked the tire pressure and fully cleaned the machine.

Fantastic experience. My Honda lawn mower was fully tuned up and runs like new.
