The women from Prime Cleaning did an excellent job scrubbing my apartment. They paid particular attention to the window sills and floors, as I requested. As I had purchased a package deal for 6 hours of cleaning, they didn't have time to finish every little detail, but overall they did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the result. I plan to have them back in the future when I need cleaning work done again.

They showed up on time ( a few minutes early actually) and did a good job cleaning and worked very hard. They also stayed a few minutes extra. I underestimated the amount of time that would be clean the entire apt and they cleaned as much as they could in the 4 hours

Best cleaning service ever! Reliable, followed up on questions. Prompt, hard working and got to areas of the house I didn't expect they would.

It was really nice to have Delvart working at my house. He did his job exactly the way I asked him to do it. The price was reasonable and he finished it by the time he told me, was really helpful because he find a time in his tide schedule to help me with the house that I was just bought, and was desperate to move in but was a chaos the house, and I have Luciana as my house cleaning since then.

He did an excellent job. I was very pleased. I had him painting my apartment, he was very meticulous and then I have his wife Luciana for the cleaned up. He was very responsive to any changes.

We bought a deal of the day. They showed up on a different day than we expected them to. I'm not sure if that was our mistake or theirs but they were sure that it was our error and were hostile about it. We had literally just cleaned our entire house so we were a bit upset. But they ended up coming in and clean anyways. In general, they did a great job. The cons were that they did not clean behind or under things and they used all our papertowels. They literally used all the paper towels in the house. I found out because one of them came to me asking if we had any more. I was shocked. Why would you come to my house and use all my papertowels? I just assumed they would bring their own supplies. I was not happy but tried to be pleasant. The whole thing was kind of a nightmare. But the house was clean.

At the time, this was my first experience with housecleaners, so it was hard for me to judge at the time. Since then I have had a few more different providers, and none of them has been as good. DL cleaning was both easy to schedule (replied promptly) and cleaned efficiently and deeply. The items on the counters were not in exactly the same places, but nothing was hard to find. I intend to give them another try.

I bought this Angie's list deal for my father so we could a do a deep cleaning of his house. They were very responsive with scheduling, got into corners, and overall made the house fresh-smelling and clean. My father has since scheduled them for monthly cleanings. They do a great job.

It went fine. No crazy expectations like the house would be cleaned spotless.

The first time the company sent someone out was great, They were clean, new what to do, and very thorough. The second time we hired them it was someone different and they were not nearly good as the first maid.

We needed to get someone in before Christmas to get our long neglected cleaning done. We called and tried to square a date. They ended up needing to move it and called a couple of days ahead of time, and we ended up trading up: getting a date much closer to Christmas. They came. They powered their way through six rooms and two bathrooms. They conquered. Why the heck haven't I had them back in a year!? Excuse me, I need to make a phone call...

I wasn't home. My husband complimented their professionalism and teamwork. I was very impressed with the overall job. I , especially was thrilled by the job on the bathroom shower tiles. I have been thinking they should be replaced; never thought they could get that clean. Others have not been so diligent, I guess.

They were great and were in and out. They were friendly, punctual and exceeded expectations.

This cleaning service is not a reliable company. They offered a deal on Angie's List and when a customer calls they refused to honor the deal. Called a few weeks before the expiration date. They said they were scheduling two weeks out, which is still before the expiration date. But they still would not schedule the cleaning service. If you want a reliable cleaning service try somebody else.

I was unable to schedule the service with them due to personal conflicts. I had to cancel twice on them and the deal is about to expire.

Very thorough job- very clean!
