They came with 3 people stayed only 1 hour. When I sent an email asking why? Was rude and no resolution was proposed.

It went well. The only complaint was that they arrived an hour early, which meant that my parents who had just come to town were in the midst of eating lunch. It wasn't a big deal and was far better than being late.

House cleaning went well. Paid for 6 man hours, they were done in less than 5...so I may not have received full value of the arrangement that I paid for. But they did a reasonably good job of cleaning.

Hi THere, Your house looked like a long time with no cleaning at all, it took as you said 5hrs, because you live in a apartment not big, but was anything left out with no cleaning? We went throught everywhere, and if you thought that we should stayed there for 3hrs two people, it was supposed to tell us to do something for the 3 hrs, but I assume was nothing behind, that is why you didn't ask.

It went beyond my expectations. The cleaning crew did an incredible job. I didn't think it would be possible to get the stove clean again, but I was truly amazed when they got through with it. And I couldn't believe how the floor, which had been particularly grungy, looked. I would not hesitate to use this service again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

They did an excellent job cleaning the place. My tenant in Coral Springs left the place in a mess when they moved out, but Prime Cleaning did everything that said on the deal we purchased and had it in ready-to-rent condition after 1 full day of cleaning. I'll absolutely hire them again.

Complete failure in communication either via email or phone. As of 11/12, service has not been scheduled even though I have attempted to do so since my purchase in September.
Description of Work: In September during my purchase I requested cleaning the week prior to Thanksgiving. I did not hear from Prime Cleaning until 10/22 when I was told the dates/times I had requested were not available. Since then I have been trying to schedule the cleaning. I have sent several emails and left voice messages without any return communication. At this time I do not believe I will be receiving the cleaning I have paid for.

They did good job on 1st floor and 2nd floor but was bit disappointed with quality of work in the basement. Could have done better but I appreciate and liked their work for other floors.

I couldn't do much in your basement as it was unfinished basement and disorganized and I didn't know where exactly to clean, a lot of stuff and dust every where, and you had only 3hrs of cleaning for 3 floors, so if I decided to organized and clean you basement there wouldn't be time for the rest of your house, but I appreciated your review, because the rest of your house was really dust and things disorganised, and we really worked on that. They did a really nice job! The owner was very nice and they were very easy to make an appointment with. I was there the whole time, and they cleaned everything (fridge, cabinets, etc). These were great!

What a wonderful experience! Two cleaners arrived (on time), they thoroughly cleaned the apartment with attention to detail, and finished in 2 hours! On top of that, they were fine and friendly with my dog! I plan to hire them on a regular basis!

Very well. She was prompt, kind and playful with my kids. The house was well cleaned. The kitchen was scrubbed and stainless steal sparkled. Floors were vacuumed and house dusted. She didn't get to mopping the floors, but may not have had time. The bathrooms were clean. Overall, she helped me catch up with cleaning so that I could continue to do so while caring for the kids. I would consider hiring her again

It went well. I purchased a $99 six hour cleaning block. Prime came and cleaned for the specified time and did a very very nice job. What they did that was outstanding was my kitchen floor. I have not been able to get my ceramic tile and grout looking good for quite some time. I don't know what they did or how they did it but they made it look brand new. THANK YOU PRIME!!!
