Description of Work: House cleaning. They were fantastic! Went above and beyond the call of duty and stayed longer than anticipated. They didn't finish everything, because it was a big job - certainly not their fault. I would have them back any time!

I wrote above what occurred.
Description of Work: I made 3 attempts to schedule with Prime. First Luciana said she never received my email. Second she canceled at 9:20 the night before scheduled appt at 9am. Third she forgot to come and was very rude when I called to find out where she was. I told her I did not want to reschedule because she was too unreliable. She then hung up on me. I called Angie's list to get a refund and have not heard back from them in over a week.

Description of Work: I first bought their Big Deal and had them do a thorough cleaning of the house and since then use their bi-weekly cleaning services. They have done a good job so far and when I haven't been satisfied with some aspect of their work, they have usually been responsive to suggestions. They are easy to work with.

Description of Work: We had some trouble getting our cleaning appointment scheduled because Luciana got sick and couldn't get back to me for two weeks. I was getting very worried about her! Once she was better, she contacted me and we were able to get a date scheduled right away. The two ladies arrived a half hour early. They did a great job cleaning the house. They left two and a half hours later, which was five hours not quite six. I am happy with the work they did.
