Description of Work: Pressure cleaned and washed all air ducts.

Description of Work: These guys located wet insulation and dry wall after ice damming and roof leaks. They performed mold and lead protocols (lead protocols being necessary on any home built in 1974 or prior). They got in to do the work in our home faster than promised (and given the number of homes affected by ice damming and leaks in the area, that's pretty amazing). David Smith was our sales person, and he was personable and thorough. He also answered our many questions over four days of demolition work. His crews were polite and communicated well about what they were doing. I don't know the cost - it was submitted directly to insurance.

Description of Work: Aspen is the top of the line provoder for mold remediation in my book. They may cost a bit more but worth every dime. I can't rave enough about the whole team, and believe me I had some major work done due to excessive water issues that had been going on for years. The job ended up being far more extendisve than anyone ever expected but the they threw the whole team against my project an amazing jobt. In fact although the work was so much more than anticipated, they could not have been more fair in the price they charged. The whole team works hard and kept me calm throughout the extended project. I had to call them back a few months later and again they were there when I needed them and cut me a break on price to. Whatever the size of the project - sign up with the Aspen team - they are the best around.
