Swenson Granite

My son contacted them initially for pricing on a granite base for his Eagle Scout project. The contact (John Proulx) was more than accommodating in dealing with my son. Swenson Granite provided a quote and approximate delivery time frame. After my son completed some fundraising he had enough raised to purchase the granite base. I called John and ordered the base from him by phone and paid for with a credit card. A couple of days later got a call from John that there was an issue with one of the dimensions in the drawing my son provided. John quickly resolved the issue and got the granite order placed with his factory. After the granite base arrived, my son was notified by John that the base was in and available for pickup. On Saturday 10/19, my son and I drove down to Medway to pick up the granite base. We arrived at the location and met John personally, and he knew exactly who my son was when he told him he was there to pick up a granite base. With the help of the forklift operator in the yard, the base was loaded into my SUV and we drove for home.
