Description of Work: The project was to remove old wallpaper (vinyl with paper back) in powder room, prep wall for paint, paint 2 coats, including trim. I had bought a Big Deal for $199 for 8 hours of paint labor. The wallpaper was over 30 years old, was brittle and hard to remove. We knew it would be an all day project, so I expected to pay for the extra hours beyond the Big Deal to complete the job. Sandro arrived on time (7:30 am) with a helper; I was impressed with Sandro's friendly and professional demeanor. I told him what I wanted and asked them to work around the toilet and behind an antique vanity that had been partially disconnected so they'd have access to the wall. There were also 2 lighting fixtures on the wall and towel rack and TP holder. | |The wallpaper did turn out to be difficult to strip, but they did that in a few hours, spraying with water and scraping. Then they dried the wall and patched the wall to make it as smooth as possible (without skim coating the whole wall). They primed it, and painted 2 coats with a rich blue hue. All trim including window, baseboard, crown molding and radiator were painted as well, in white. They cut in the edges very well. I was picky about the surface smoothness so they spent a lot of time smoothing it to my taste. They worked very late into the evening with very short breaks for meals. I was very happy with the work and would highly recommend Sandro. I will hire him in the future for other paint projects.

Description of Work: Removed wallpaper from second floor bathroom. Cleaned walls, removed mold, primed walls and ceiling. Cleaned up everything.

Description of Work: They painted 3 rooms, with painting and caulking in 4 rooms of crown molding. They did an amazing job, I don't want to put anything on the walls they look so good. They were on time , cleaned up after each visit, very professional. Highly recommended. They are coming back to finish.

Description of Work: Sandro and Leow (sp?) removed the wallpaper from a bedroom and bathroom, repaired walls and painted walls, ceiling and trim. They were meticulous in their work with exceptional attention to detail and they left the rooms spotless when they were done. Could not be more pleased. I will definitely have them back to do additional work.
