Description of Work: I bought a coupon for $149/4 hours of work. I made an appointment that he didn't show up for. When I called, he said he had another day in his calendar.....who knows who had the correct date. We then decided to meet on the day he thought it was. He showed up at my house and was very nice, but couldn't do a lot of what I was looking for due to not having the correct licenses. That seemed reasonable to me. The one thing we did decide was that he would do an estimate for installing an attic staircase. He said that it would take him a week to get back to me with the estimate. I waited several and called him. He said that he would get me the estimate in the near future. When the estimate did come in, it came in for approximately 900, when I had previous estimates of 250-300. It seemed like he had forgotten some of the specifics of the job-that he hadn't remembered that the hole was already cut in the ceiling. Given this difference, I could understand why the estimate was so high. He thought he'd have to cut a hole in the ceiling, frame it out and patch up the paint in that area. I called this to his attention and he seemed angry that I was accusing him of saying that it was a 900 job when it should have been 250. I suggested that he just come out and look at it again as it had been a while since he had seen it. I never heard back from him. My guess is that this isn't usual practice for him as he seemed to be a rather nice guy the one time he did come to the house.

Description of Work: It took him forever to get back to me. The man who owns the company finally came out. I was showing him all the different things I needed done. He spent maybe an hour with me assessing different things on my house that I needed worked on which may have well been correct. When I bought the deal I certainly wasn't looking for a major overhaul, I was looking for a handyman. We looked over some things but I really didn't want to get involved with his recommendations as it was very pricey. I called back and I never heard from him again. I was somewhat upset. He was very hard to get ahold of and he was always very busy. Then when I called back for him to come do work, I never heard back from him again. It sounded like there was a misunderstanding. He may have done contracting but that was not what I bought the deal for. I am sure he is very competent. He seemed like a nice man. He looked very professional and he did give me his input on what was wrong with my house. When he said he was coming for the estimate, he came, but it took a while to get in touch with him.

Description of Work: Never responded. Another hack company that doesn't respond.

Description of Work: Leanardo and his helper did a great job repairing outside trim that had rotted. He stands out among his peers for quality, professionalism and attention to detail. Definitely someone I will call again.

Description of Work: I had 2 windows replaced, one being a very large picture type window. These were not just replacement windows, they had to replace the molding around the windows in order to install.. I was very happy with the windows and the quality of the installation. The left the job very neat and finished it quickly. The window look great and look like the original windows but are now much more energy efficient. I will hire Leo again for any repairs or remodeling I need
