Description of Work: They came on the wrong date, and we had to re-schedule. Various members of the crew came over a few separate days to complete the job. | |There were damages made to a few of our storm windows (supposedly according to their assessment, our storm windows are fragile). Their ladder caused damages to a shrub in our front yard and the wood paneling in our front foyer, and there were marks left by their ladders on the exterior of house, which was literally just painted the week before this window-cleaning job. But they were very responsive, communicative, pro-active, and responsive about addressing these issues, making amends and helping us resolve these issues, which I really appreciated. | |The windows were all cleaned nicely. Unfortunately, because of the apparent fragility of our storm windows, (worse the bigger they are,) the main picture windows in the front of the house were not cleaned, which is a shame, because those are the most eye-catching windows of the whole house! | |At any rate, they were nice, and the office was very communicative and followed up on any issues that arose very thoroughly.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $ 199.00 to clean 20 windows inside and out. By the time I made the appointment I had additional windows to be done. They were able to do them for an additional fee at the same time they came out, which was very accommodating to me, as I did not have to make an appointment to have them come back again. I was pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Polite and industrious team of two men did the gutter-cleaning with very tall ladders for large Victorian house in Cambridge. Their arrival was delayed, but they called in advance to notify us.

Description of Work: I bought their discounted package for unlimited linear feet of gutter cleaning. On the offer it said that cleaning third floor gutters would be extra, but because of the funny way my house is configured I didn't have to pay anything extra. I appreciate that the worker who came was straight forward and did not charge me extra.

Description of Work: I used Hi Cleaners both to wash my windows (inside and out) and to clean my gutters. The provider showed up when scheduled and did a very thorough and conscientious job. I would happily recommend Hi Cleaners to others.
