Description of Work: Cleaned gutters. Price was fixed for $149 for certain number of feet; we had more feet of guttering so we paid more. My only real complaint was that one stretch was "too high" and wasn't done at all.

Here at HiCleaners we take pride in being able to tackle almost every situation even extremely difficult ones. We have ladders ranging from 6' to 40' tall. If even a 40' ladder doesn't reach we do offer a boom lift cleaning service (which does cost substantially more.) We have checked our promotions records and we have never offered a deal for 149 dollars. You may have meant to write a review for a different company. However, if you do need a gutter service for a gutter that is more than 40' foot high, then we can give you a free estimate, although chances are since its so high there won't be any debris in the gutter anyways. If you are 100 percent sure you did buy a promotion from us, if you would please send the conformation sheet to [email protected] and we will do absolutely anything to fix this situation.

Description of Work: Contracted to clean out gutters. They failed to clear one long gutter at all. When I called for them to come back and finish the job, the manager not only refused, he became very abusive and told me what to do. I cleaned it myself. Do not use this company.

We sincerely apologize for the bad experience you had. Because you had a bad experience we automatically refunded you 50 dollars. The manager who spoke with you is no longer working with this company. As for the situation of the gutters we understand your frustration, however you bought a promotion that included up to 100 feet of gutter for something around 129 dollars. When the service members arrived at your house you asked them to do the barn as well, for free. The first Dilemma we had was that your house was over 150 foot of gutter, and the promotion only covers one building. The second dilemma we had was that you wanted 4 times more length of gutter cleaned free of charge. Rather than arguing with you we chose to do all of the gutters after you asked us repeatedly to do it for free. Because we were doing such a great amount of gutter, we agreed with you that we would not do the downspouts. So as for service, we completed what we both agreed on.

Description of Work: The guys at HI Cleaners came to my house and did an excellent job clearing out the snow. I tried to move my car for them, but it is small and only has 2 wheel drive, long story short, it wouldn't budge. They assured me that it wasn't a problem, and they went ahead and did the job. They were very careful around my car and I would definitely hire them again.
