One of the owners came today around 1PM and cleaned personally my gutters.He also inspected the downspouts and checked gutters for damages and explained to me what needs to be fixed. He spent some extra time to show me every little single problem that I need to pay attention to in the future. I used to use different company for gutter cleaning before, but never got such an excellent service before!

The work went fast. There seemed to be a little switch and bait going on about the storm windows going to cost extra but I had already arranged with the boss to have them included in the price, I held my ground. Another issue was that a window got broken. They took it to fix so we'll see.

The workers were professional and polite. pointed out a window that had a crack. They removed all the screens they could. The upstairs windows looked great! I had one irritation and one misunderstanding on my part: The slight annoyance was that the storms were not raised and screens lowered on several windows. No big deal : My misunderstanding: they stated they cleaned the window wells by which I meant the space between actual interior sill and window or screen. Perhaps they thought I mean the kind of window wells that are for basements. The spaces I was referring to were not cleaned. They would have needed to be vacuumed and I would have to have done it myself. Not their fault.

HI Cleaners were great. Cleaned the windows inside and out and informed me of some trouble spots. Price was well worth the result.

Provider was prompt, attentive, friendly and truly had integrity in his work. He cared about his results and triple checked that I was happy with the windows. Even his manager stopped by to check his work.

Prompt, friendly, extremely professional. Great job. Polite. They put all my plants and furniture back exactly where they were. I would definitely use them again. They told me they also do snow plowing and will melt the snow. So I will try them this winter.

We agreed upon a date on month ago and the day before the owner calls and needs to reschedule. We reschedule for May 11 at 12 noon. On May 11 at 12:45 they're a no show so I call and the owner tells me they're on their way, they're in the next town over from me. At 1:15 I get a call from the worker and he says he's a few minutes out but arrives 45 minutes later. A total of two hours late. The price is $200 for twenty window panes and $10 for each additional. I have the worker walk the property to count window panes. I let the worker know I have two skylights and what would they charge. The next thing the worker is asking me questions about cleaning the windows inside and out and says there is an extra charge for my regular windows. I was annoyed for having to wait two hours for them to show and when the worker stared to adjust the price I had no patience to work with him and told him to leave. The owner called right away and said the worker made a mistake and he would work out a deal, that he'd give me a good price. I found his manner unprofessional and chose not to have him do the job. I had prepaid and hope for a credit.

They really accommodated me for the time I want. The windows are sparkling. They really needed it. Elvin and Edward did a wonderful job. They were very professional.

Scheduled arrival time was noon. I had to leave by 3pm to go to work. At 12:45pm, no show. I called Hi Cleaners and they immediately dispatched me to the guys who were on their way. They apologized for being late and said they just finished their first job in a town further away than they initially thought. They finished at 3:06pm leaving sparkling windows and no heavy chemical smell. We discussed the product they used which was a base of water and rubbing alcohol and very light fragrance that wasn't offensive. Both young men were courteous, friendly, and professional. They also clean gutters. Good to know!

Provider arrived shortly after confirmed arrival time, and was soon removing inside screens and washing the windows. They used a particular type of glass cleaner that cleaned the glass thoroughly; did not stain; and left the windows with a shine. I plan to have them clean my 2nd floor windows.

They were very friendly. They came in, introduced themselves (arrived early), asked if it was ok to begin. They were especially patient and friendly with our 2 dogs as well. They went about their business in a calm & professional manner. They were completely self sufficient. Our windows look great & I would hire them again.

Wow! They were amazing! I bought the Angie's List Deal and they got in contact me within a day to schedule. They were able to get me scheduled for the next week. We set a date and time and they called about an hour before to let me know they were coming. Then, when they arrived, they put on booties to be gentle on the floor! After spending way too much money refinishing my floors recently, I really appreciated this. The owner and his assistant worked quickly, taking about 1.5-2 hours to complete the job. The windows looks great and they were very careful around the house. Highly recommended! Thank you!

I found a better deal with a different company. They we professional and polite but I just found a better deal.

It went well! Hi Cleaners are flexible and prompt! I called back few times to reschedule because my schedule is so hectic. They had to problem accommodating. Upon arriving, Josh called to let me know he was outside. He came looked at the job, then went back for his tools. it took approximately two and half hours, well worth the time spent. I'd call them again and recommend everyone to HI Cleaners. Take care of those beautiful decks and keep the driveways clear!

They were patient. They said they would honor the coupon when the weather gets nicer. They were so understanding. They even tried to find someone else to do it for me if we continued to have scheduling problems.

Pretty well; it was a bright sunny day and I was concerned that the windows would be streaked. The provider assured me they would not, but 10 windows facing sun were indeed streaked. The provider did his best, but after he left, I spent another 2.5 hours removing spots and streaks. I also spent an additional 5 hours cleaning the interior frames of all the dirt that had washed down after they power washed the exterior windows. The man who did the work was very pleasant and hard working and they came when promised; I just would hesitate to go through all this extra cleaning again.

We needed our house power washed and HI Cleaners were right on it. Chris gave me the best price (of three estimates) for cleaning mold on my deck as well as oil and rust stains on my driveway. I also needed one of my porches and the front side of my three story house cleaned. They were flexible in scheduling and completed the job much faster than I expected.

Full service power washing, window cleaning, etc! Very please! Please see above comments related to the work completed.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, were pleasant and accommodating,cleaned up afterwards. No problems or complaints.

It went very well. They showed up a little later than expected but i did received a phone call to let me know and I appreciated that. They were very thorough and proficient. They even tried to clean some windows on a garage door that I didn't expect them too. It is old and in my opinion beyond hope. I appreciated the extra effort. It was so nice to look out the picture window on the second floor and not stare at dirt an streaks any longer. I was very happy with the service and would use them again.

The team of 2 came, were ~ punctual and did an excellent job. We recommend them.

Service went great. Was able to contact Hi via angie's list email, and had an estimate within 24 hours, and window cleaning 24 hours later. The price was low enough that we originally thought it was just for the outside of the windows, but it included interior windows and frames as well. The windows are sparkling clean!

I told the owner Chris that there was no mention of that in the fine print of what was advertised in the deal, and asked if he would honor it - he refused. Very bad business, especially since I am looking for someone to do this twice a year and would have been amenable next time to paying whatever they typically charge. I suggest that if you advertise something incorrectly that you should at least make good on your mistakes until you are able to change it in the fine print!

It was a Mother's Day gift from my husband and I. My mother in law advised me that 3 workers came and worked hard all day. They were punctual, professional, polite and very responsive. We are very pleased with the services that Hi Cleaners provided!
