Jose and Enea came right on time. They were very considerate and polite. They did an excellent and very thorough job with each of the windows, both inside and outside. It was in the mid 90's outside but that did not compromise the quality of their work. My windows are squeaking clean and sparkling like never before! I will definitely hire them again. Thank you guys!

He (sorry I did not get his name) actually arrived early for our appointment, got right to work and was very thorough

They did a great job. They were supposed to show up between 12-1, but they came early. They did call before starting the work to let me know though. They were quick and professional. The only two things that they didn't do that other gutter companies have done was to use the hose to flush the gutters and contain the mess. I had to clean up the mess that was left from the gutters. I would definitely use them again, but I would be better prepared about the scheduling of the appointment. I will have them come before I clean up the yard so that I do not have to do it again when they leave. The gentleman that came called before he started the work. I showed up minutes later, and he was already getting to work. He finished the job and knocked on the door to let me know that he was done and to give me the chance to inspect if I wanted. They did put any furniture that they moved back in its place which I really liked. We had no issues and I was left a happy costumer!!! My gutters are flowing free once again!!!! Thanks!

They did a wonderful job. They were here a few minutes early. I was very pleased with their service. The only was for 20 windows but I only had eight but they did do my slider and my front door as well. I would have liked to have sent a little bit less but they cleaned everything that I asked them to. I just wish they'd offer a less expensive deal for the number of windows that I have but I needed my windows cleaned. They were quick and efficient. You wouldn't even know they were here and then they were done.

The service provider arrived on time, cleaned the gutters, cleared the downspouts of debris and tidied up around the base of my house. He was polite and gave me information about the house that I didn't know. I will use them again in the future. I was very happy.

Ralph worked independently and efficiently and finished in good time leaving the windows sparkling. He also did tell me in advance what the extra charge per window would be once we had exceeded the 20 windows which were included in the special price of $199.00. One of our windows did not open and Ralph spent extra time and effort trying to open it, even getting extra tools out of his car. When this did not work he insisted on doing at least the outside of this window by climbing onto the porch roof. We did appreciate this extra effort and were very satisfied with the overall job. We would certainly use both Hi Cleaners and Ralph again!

Ralph arrived at our house in the late afternoon and immediately went to work from the top of the house on down. Before starting, he put on shoe coverings to keep the floors clean. He worked efficiently and meticulously on each window (there are a lot of them), and whenever he noticed a spot that didn't look quite right, he went over it again. The day was very warm, and he just kept going. Because of the late start, we decided that he should finish the job on a later date. On the follow up visit, he arrived early and went right to work where he left off. So, how do the windows look? I can't believe the difference!. I have cleaned the windows the way most people do: Windex, paper towels, and newspaper. Never has my work resulted in the sparkling the windows show now. Every time I walk up to a door or window (yes, he did the doors, too), I marvel at how clean they are. The house hasn't had this view since the day the windows were installed--and I'm not sure that they looked that good even then. Highly recommended.

Service was excellent, especially considering the reasonable price. Windows looked primo, no mess to clean up afterward, and they were fairly efficient. They even worked around the nap time of our younger daughter, starting with the windows farthest away from her room until she was up and about later in the day. I would certainly rehire them in the future.

Chris came on time with his team and cleaned the gutters and downspouts very carefully. i m very happy with the service.

It went well. They were very good on communication. They had to cancel first appointment because they got behind but they called early that day to let me know. On scheduled day they showed up promptly and got the job done quickly and well.

Our second time using this company for annual window cleaning. They do a very good job and are easy to work with.

Spoke to Ivan to set up the appointment, he was friendly & professional Chris called the day before & asked to bump the appt 2 hours & it wasn't an issue for me so I agreed & he was appreciative. The guy who actually cleaned the windows was Ralph. All the guilt of not washing my windows myself disappeared as I watched Ralph methodically work through each window. He was quick, efficient & demonstrated a very high degree of mastery in window cleaning. He has a process & it works; my windows are sparkly & I am thrilled. Birds should beware this man Ralph & his squeegee.

Hi Cleaners are amazing! They showed up early which is refreshing because I'm used to service providers not being on time. I have storm windows so I knew it would be difficult, but they went for it as if they were born cleaning windows. Anyways, the windows looked great, and I couldn't be happier.

They mostly did a great job. Some streaks here and there, some spots missed but overall a good job. Very pleasant and accommodating people.
