Ralph did a fantastic job with all my windows glass on front, rear and storm doors. He was very thorough. While working in house wore shoe covers. This was something I appreciated, keeping my rugs and floors clean. I've used Hi Cleaners twice for two different job types. Both times I talked to Chris on phone. His men came when they were schedule and did their jobs very well. I would definitely use them again.

Juan and his crew showed up at 9.15am. They were professional and inspected the whole house before service. House looks like brand new now.

Scheduling the crew to come was easy - one phone call. They were on time, courteous, and clear about the work they were going to do. It was a 15-window Big Deal for $199. Extra windows cost us another $72, which was fair and clearly negotiated prior to the work. One worker cleaned inside sills, frames and glass. The other cleaned the outsides - all with a low-pressure washer and long-handled brush. They use some kind of additive so that the rinse is clear and leaves no residue. It was great to have this job done, especially the hard to reach second floor windows and 1st fl windows that are hard to get to because of high and thick bushes. This was a positive experience all around!

Vasko arrived as scheduled and, after a thorough walk-through, began to transform our second floor. The glass was so clean that we still think that the window s are open, and we're certain that each room is much brighter.

They came around 9:30am and did some preparation. By 9:45 they alredy started the power washing process! I am really satisfied by the job they did! Non of the flowers around the house get broken ! Really careful and very professional company! Definitely will use them in future!

Vasko and Chris came at exactly 9.30am on Saturday. They set up a the equipment quickly and went on ladders. After finishing the siding they power washed my deck and stairs. Job done right, job done professional.

Scheduling this service was very difficult. The workers were pleasant and hardworking. Window washing was their second job and they arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon and didn't finish until after dark which presented something of a problem. Some windows were left undone simply because visibility that late was poor. The people doing the work were willing to do anything asked of them. They worked efficiently and energetically. The business has some things to work out but the service was acceptable.

It went great! Very easy on my end; he came and did his thing. I didn't even know he was there.

The crew was punctual and courteous, removing their shoes each time they entered the home. They were eager to do a good job and were happy to redo a couple of areas that were pointed out that needed more attention.

Seriously, if you are looking for gutter cleaning....stop looking and go with Hi Cleaners.They showed up to give me a free estimate within 12 hours of me calling them.They showed up on time.Val was extremely nice young gentleman and the work he did was impeccable. I highly, highly recommend Hi Cleaners.I have already told everyone on our street about them!

The company got in touch with me right away. + They were able to schedule the work quickly + The worker showed up in the time frame + The worker would have done the wrong job (When I spoke to him he said he was going to do the gutters on the house) - The worker left without speaking with me about what was done. Would have appreciated it but that isn't in the contract. = The worker did clear the gutters hired to do + I paid about $100 for Angie's List deal, got about 45 Minutes of work. Are they a horrible company? No. + Would I use them again? Yes +

He was supposed to come the week before, but it was raining, so we had to reschedule. He came out last week between 10 am-12 noon. I came home at 12:30 pm and he was gone. He left a plastic bag of gutter debris sitting in the middle of my walkway and the garden hose was spread out across my property. This morning, I got up and look at a section of my gutters to see if they were draining and they weren't cleaned out. There was still debris and blockage. I'm in the process of cleaning them out now. I can't rate his responsiveness, punctuality, or professionalism because I never saw him.

They showed up when promised - worked hard and dealt with some difficult windows as well as the newer, easy ones. very pleasant people all in all.

I was not at home when they came, but they were professional and polite to deal with. They sent me a photo of my gutters after cleaning, and reported on where the problem spots were.

They were prompt and arrived at the specified time. They were very courteous, friendly and professional. They brought all their cleaning supplies and did what was required. Windows were taken outside to be washed and dried. Then it was taken back inside the house to be polished for a streak-free shine before replacing it back into the frame. They left everything clean.
